What To Expect
Manikarnika Ghat
Guests will be picked up from hotel and brought through Ghat (stone steps on river bank) to the famous burning Ghat of Varanasi is known as Manikarnika Ghat and will be whole rituals to cremate dead bodies according to Hindu Religion. After they will be brought through narrow alley of old part of city along with several local markets to the hotel where they enjoy the real life style of the city....

5.00Perfect! Our guide not only showed us the burning site from the water in the evening but also gave us a lot of information. Afterwards he provided us with perfect places on a boat so that we could admire the Aarti ritual. The next morning we continued early but just as professionally with information and “sightseeing” of the morning ritual bathing in the corridor including a boat tour! Our guide gave us a lot of interesting information about Land&People! Thanks for the great time!

5.00varanasi is the place where lord shiva live a place of lord shiva here you will find manikarnika ghat where people wish to leave their soul and want to visit at the last moment of life when you will go there you will find lots of fire where people will light the fire and pray . it is said that a person who die here will get moksha and will never come to earth and he/she be away from materiastic world and will near to god. here lord shivea celebrate his holi with bhasma and so many ritual happen here

5.00This tour was amazing. We got to see everything we were expecting to at the cremation Ghat and our guide was so informative and patient and made the experience more than just a visual one. We learned so much. Seeing the city back streets and additional sites at night were also amazing and we cant say enough about the guide who made the experience what it was. Biggest tip I have given so far in India!!

Sonu has given me all the information and insights, he is a person that puts heart into what he is doing. He is genuine and he takes care of guest’s safety. 5.00We watched the burning of the dead from the boat with Mukund Lai. It was very impressive and we will never forget those impressions.
