My trip was booked a few days before my visit. Over the course of three days, I received several messages about pick-up locations, what to expect, requirements, and more. The company made sure that all bases were covered before the adventure began. On the day of the trip, Andrew, the tour guide, arrived on time. Immediately after I entered the car, he took the time to get to know me, where I was from, my visits to Las Vegas, my profession, etc. He also had a great sense of humor. On the way to Death Valley, he shared many facts about the environment, the population, Native Americans, and the terrain. As a teacher, I thoroughly enjoyed learning new and fascinating information. Once we reached Death Valley, he gave us 30 to 40 minutes to take in the sights at each location. We made stops at Dante’s View, Badwater Basin, Furnace Creek Inn, Artist’s Drive and Palette, Devil’s Golf Course, Golden Canyon, and Zabriskie Point. He was flexible and allowed extra time when needed. At Badwater Basin, we encountered a situation with one of the guests. Due to high winds, her transparent glasses blew off her face. She insisted that we continue without them, even though she could not see. After a brief moment of deciding what to do next, we chose to help her find them. Searching for clear glasses on a white terrain was like looking for a needle in a haystack. Andrew was the first to take the long walk down the basin path. She had no idea where she had lost them, but after about 20 minutes, I found the glasses. She was relieved, and we still had time to visit the remaining locations of interest. Unfortunately, it was a cloudy day, and we were losing hope for the stargazing portion of the trip. Andrew made several attempts to find a location where we could catch a glimpse of the night sky. Even when we felt defeated, he kept trying. Then the rain came, and we knew there was no hope left. Andrew was very professional and patient. I could not have chosen a more knowledgeable guide. He was the epitome of dedication and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in visiting Death Valley and encourage them to request Andrew. He is the best. GIVE HIM A RAISE. Ten hours is a long workday.

The entire trip was A+. The sites were amazing and included the wild flowers in bloom and the lake in Badwater Basin that we were able to walk into. Jason provided much information about all of the sites that we visited. He provided videos of the trip as well as stunning photos during stargazing. This is certainly an unforgettable experience.

Andrew was great. We got upgraded to a personal tour do to too many people booking. We went in a minivan which was perfect for my husband and I. Andrew was personable and very knowledgeable of the area. I dragged my husband along and he was not in the best mood. But after this trip, he was happy and even wants to bring our girls out. Andrew was patient with us and showed us some breathtaking views. Thanks for making this one of my favorite tours I have been on so far.

It’s an amazing tour: the otherworldly beauty, the star-filled night sky, even the heat! Andrew was a terrific guide, answered our questions and kept us supplied with cold water.
