The Deep-to-Dish: Tasmanian Seafood Experiences showcases the best seafood that Tasmania has to offer. A culinary tour like no other, you will see our skilled local divers harvest & prepare for you world-class seafood - each of whom have years of experience in the fishing industry.

What To Expect
The freshest wild seafood caught and cooked before your eyes! Feast on the freshest seafood straight from the ocean whilst cruising in style and comfort on our premier power catamaran along some of the most untouched and idyllic waterways in the world. Join us on our of luxury two story catamaran, Cuttlefish and come face to face with towering sea cliffs, sandy beaches only accessible by boat and sea life such as dolphins, whales, seals and sea birds whilst sampling the freshest wild seafood caught and cooked on board the vessel from our interactive cook station. Start the day with a seasonal fruit platter including Tasmanian cheeses. Venturing south to Bull Bay on Bruny Island our skilled diver will harvest live periwinkles and sea urchins and will expertly prepare for you on board. You will also feast on live Tasmanian blacklip abalone, live Tasmanian rock lobster, oysters, periwinkles, whole Atlantic salmon & mussels.

5.00Most enjoyable, experienced and very hospitable crew, lots of info shared about sea food which was prepared in 3 different ways, several drink options which was great, Loved the periwinkles, they were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing ..((better than the NZ cats eyes) cake to end with also lovely, thank you to the crew for making the trip an awesome experience We have recommend our Nz family and friends to book when in Hobart

5.00This is the best activity I enjoyed in Hobart. The ship is big and stable, it provides a lot of space for you to move around. All the seafoods are so fresh and delicious, including abalone, lobster, oysters, sea urchin and salmon. Meanwhile, those seafoods are cooked in multiple ways so that you can have extra experiences. They also provide comprehensive beverage to the guests liked champagne, wines, beer, apple cider, juice, tea and coffee. Lastly, I would like to thank you Dan, Wil and Steph, their service are excellent. My girlfriend and I have so much joy with them.

5.00We would like to thank Dan,Lewis & Rosie for a fantastic and relaxing day the seafood was top shelf, also experiencing the method they used to present each seafood dish was excellent. We highly recommend not to have too much to eat prior to going as the food just kept coming. The scenery and local knowledge of the area was great. Next time we visit Hobart we will definitely be booking again. Many thanks Warren & Kerrie

5.00The Deep-to-Dish Tasmanian Seafood Experience was, by far, the best tour experience we have ever had. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location is amazing and the seafood was the best on the planet. It was fabulous to have hands-on experiences such as shucking oysters or holding sea urchins. The experience was well worth the cost of admission. It is an experience not to be missed in Hobart!!
