The Deep-to-Dish: Tasmanian Seafood Experiences showcases the best seafood that Tasmania has to offer. A culinary tour like no other, you will see our skilled local divers harvest & prepare for you world-class seafood - each of whom have years of experience in the fishing industry.

What To Expect
The freshest wild seafood caught and cooked before your eyes! Feast on the freshest seafood straight from the ocean whilst cruising in style and comfort on our premier power catamaran along some of the most untouched and idyllic waterways in the world. Join us on our of luxury two story catamaran, Cuttlefish and come face to face with towering sea cliffs, sandy beaches only accessible by boat and sea life such as dolphins, whales, seals and sea birds whilst sampling the freshest wild seafood caught and cooked on board the vessel from our interactive cook station. Start the day with a seasonal fruit platter including Tasmanian cheeses. Venturing south to Bull Bay on Bruny Island our skilled diver will harvest live periwinkles and sea urchins and will expertly prepare for you on board. You will also feast on live Tasmanian blacklip abalone, live Tasmanian rock lobster, oysters, periwinkles, whole Atlantic salmon & mussels.

5.00Amazing adventure, great crew that were welcoming, professional and made you feel at ease with their friendly and knowledgeable manner. Plenty of every dish that was on offer and opportunity to try your hand at Oyster shucking etc. The prep and cooking demos were the main attraction, got to see and then eat, Abalone, Sea Urchin roe, Periwinkle, Salmon, Oysters, Crays and so much more along with wine, beer, soft drinks and Tea/ Coffee. Great value for money and a must- do while in Hobart.

5.00We had the best day ever. The staff were awesome and so friendly. The boat was very roomy and clean. The seafood was amazing and plenty to go around for everyone, the drink selection was excellent. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone!!

5.00For us, Hong Kong locals, it is difficult to enjoy a delicious seafood meal surrounded by the sun and sea wind. The servants are polite, attentive and impressive. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

4.00The staff were highly professional and friendly. As a solo traveler I would have appreciated an introduction of everyone as a group. The experience is a bit expensive for what you get. However, such is travel. Note that most of the seafood will have been already caught/purchased prior to the outing. I was hoping to see a bit more of the "fishing" but I would say you are mostly observing the preparing and cooking. This is fine but set your expectations in advance for this.
