Designed for cruise passengers, this tour takes you from Le Verdon port to 'Little Paris'—the stunning city of Bordeaux. Known for its rich history, elegant architecture, and world-renowned vineyards, it is the heart of France’s most famous wine region. We will pick you up directly at your cruise ship and bring you to Bordeaux for a guided visit to the city's top landmarks.
View the famous Cathédrale Saint-André, walk through Place de la Bourse, the city’s iconic square, and see the Water Mirror, one of Bordeaux’s most photographed spots. Stop at the Grand Théâtre, a neoclassical theater that has been a cultural hub for over 200 years.
After the guided portion, you’ll have some free time to visit shops, relax at a café, or try local food. You can also join an optional wine tasting at a nearby bar for €30 per person. At the designated time, rejoin the bus for the return trip to Le Verdon, ensuring you arrive back at your cruise ship on schedule.

Missed the tour as the bus left without us. Cruise line rep said only cruise sponsored tour buses were allowed at the security gate area. Wrong! The map showed a building (terminal?) on the pier with a little face on it. So we thought that would be the meeting place. By the time we walked there and back, the bus had left. We were contacted by the tour guide via email and text as to our location, however we didn’t have cellular service in Europe.. We’ve always been pleased with Viator so I gave it 3 stars. Had we gotten to take the tour, I’m certain we would have enjoyed it. Le Verdon cruise pier is confusing. Regardless what anyone tells you, go to where the busses are parked.

Excellent tour. Our tour guide Cass was very informative about wines, history of the area. He even provided a champagne sample for our ride back to port! The bus was waiting for us directly outside the ship. Would definitely recommend.
