PICK UP ALL THE GUESTS IN OLD QUARTER HANOI OR HANOI OPERA HOUSE : 1-FOR STANDARD/DELUXE/LUXURY CRUISE: Pick Up Time between 8h00 AM to 08h15 AM. 3-Transsfer by new express way: 2 to 2.5 hours transfer. We will stop over for short break 10 to 15 minutes before we reach Tuan Chau harbor. (No pressure to purchase anything. Maybe Stop in Pearl factory, pearl shop or any convenience store...). In case urgent or make sure check in on time on the cruise...we will go straight to the harbor without stop. 4-FOR TOUR FROM HALONG BAY is not included transfer round trip from Hanoi. Meeting Point at TUAN CHAU MARINA (At 9h45 am for TALIYA CRUISE) (At 11h30 AM for Standard/Deluxe /Luxury Cruise).
Halong Bay
1-ITINENARY FOR GUESTS BOOK STANDARD/DELUXE/LUXURY CRUISE: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, boarding day Cruise and start cruising on the bay for exploring Ha Long Bay. Welcome on boat & Safety briefing. Set lunch meal with delicious vietnamese food. Kayaking or Bamboo boat rowing OR Relaxing. Visiting Amazing Cave (This is one of the most famous caves located in Ha Long Bay). Ti Top Island (One of the most perfect destinations in Halong Bay for swimming on beach and climbing up mountainto see wholeview of the Bay). Enjoyed Sunset Party on boat on the way crusing back to Harbor and see Halong Bay view. Boat return Tuan Chau Marina at 17h30 PM to 18h00 PM. You will get on Transfer again back to Hanoi and drop off you at Hotel between 20h30 PM to 20h45 PM. 3.00even though this trip to Ha Long Bay took us to the highlights, it was not completely as expected. Mrs. Luong was very responsive while setting up the tour, getting info re: the food options for our party and connecting us with our driver. Our driver from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay was excellent - he was communicative and patient when waiting for our group. However, while driving I started receiving calls from 3 different people all claiming to be our guide and all appearing to know that we were a party of 7 but none of them able to tell me my booking number. I did not know who to believe and also did not get a name initially from Mrs Luong. In the heat of the arrival time, we had to confirm with a guide who identified me by my WhatsApp photo. Eventually the guides clarified between themselves and we were able to embark on our tour. The tour to the different island of Ha Long Bay was beautiful. The food was mediocre but there were meat and vegetarian options. The guide that we ended up with was also mediocre at best - just herding us from sight to sight without local insight or information. we ended up googling information ourselves or listening in to other tour group guides. I have done many viator tours before and even chose to go with viator because of the consistently good tour experiences I have had, so this was disappointing. Overall this tour got the job done, but if you want a little extra or a more local insight and understanding of what you are seeing, you may want to proceed with caution and you should make sure that you know the name of the guide that you will have and his/her number BEFORE getting to the marina.

3.00I booked this option after many searches because of the “luxury” look and feel. We did not get the boat shown in the link. It was several steps below luxury. Not bad but lacking, especially when we were expecting a better ship. Food service was good. Destination was good. We ere picked up on time and driven to port. Unfortunately we were dropped at the wrong pier! Viagor/booking co was responsive and got us to the right place BUT it was nerve-wracking. At the end of the cruise no return driver was identified. We were really getting nervous bc it was a 2 hr ride to hotel. Finally when the pier was almost empty our driver came to us…..he was in the car park the whole time!!!!!! But we didn’t know and no communication from Viator. Boat ride was good but too many hick-ups

5.00I would like to thank Luong for arranging our day trip to Ha long bay she worked tirelessly to ensure that we were able to attend the one day cruise despite the weather due to the Typhoon in Hanoi we were still able to view the stunning scenery and visit the dark and light cave the staff on board the ship were fantastic and really attentive the food demonstration was good fun I would definitely recommend this tour and we hope we can do this again in the future

Calvin, the “Cruise Director” and all his staff, including Jasper, worked hard to provide great service to guests. We also loved the row boat ride through the sea caves. Gorgeous island scenery at HaLong Bay.

3.00I was disappointed in many ways. First, Cruise did not look like the one pictured in booking. Went in early April and there were at least 10 different tours at one time therefore Halong Bay was full of ships, mountain cave was overcrowded, and rowboats just too many. Captain had no problem bumping into other boats when docking!! Tour guides kept shouting over each other, definitely adding to the caos. Experience seemed rushed. Overall, This experience like many others is overhyped by Instagram. I am glad I chose a day trip rather than staying overnight.
