This was a nice tour. Organized. The guide is a recording you don’t hear from an actual person. Our headsets didn’t work for the first 1/2 of the tour so it was hard to know what the talking point was but the pilot fixed it. You never fly over any part of the city, just along the river. They will also offer to take your photo at the helipad for 25$ for 1 picture or 25$ for all 5 pictures. The funny thing is it’s the same photo! They dont take different photos of you around or in the helicopter. Which was funny that they bragged about the 35$ for 5 photos instead of 1 even though they are all basically the same haha overall a great trip. Beautiful views.

Extremely disappointed by the services of this company. I had booked a “luxury” tour of 30 minutes to go all around New York for my family. Excursion at 1900$ still... If the Bells are good comfortable helicopters to make private transfers from point To to point B, they are not at all suitable for sightseeing’s charters... I was for my part behind the road so I might as well tell you that I did not see much and especially after everyone / less time. At the back of the aircraft there are 4+1 seats. As business is business, the helicopters are armored and the 5 seats are rented... at the high price... so my wife found herself between 2 rather gallant men... super experience... I put 2 stars and not one because my daughter was lucky enough to be next to the pilot

Great tour. Unfortunately, you have to allow a lot of time. On the one hand you have to be there 45 minutes before and then we had to wait about 40 minutes for our flight. Mann should therefore adjust subsequent plans in time. We were lucky we could both sit at the window. There is also a place in the middle, which of course is not very nice because you see very little there.

It is a new perspective on the city, but depending on where you sit in the Hubi, the view is limited and then really expensive.

This tour is an unforgettable way to see New York City from above. The ride offers breathtaking aerial views of iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, the Empire State Building, and One World Trade Center. The helicopter is comfortable, the staff are professional, and the narration adds interesting context to the sights. It's bit pricy but the experience is unique and worth it.

It was a great experience. Everyone was very nice. My son was allowed to sit in the front, a double highlight. We would have liked to have flown even longer. Our flight was 20 minutes long

Don’t book it when the president is in town they cut the flight short because of that but otherwise was a good time.
