In addition to several must-see attractions, passengers will enjoy a flight over historic Uptown Manhattan (Columbia University & Harlem) and The Bronx (Yankee Stadium). Consider upgrading from the Classic Tour and you’ll know New York better than a native!

Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight.
A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.
Passengers may be scheduled to fly at any time between their assigned check-in time and their booked tour time. Actual flight times may vary based on operational needs, weather conditions, and passenger flow.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

4.00Staff were great, the flight itself was brilliant. There’s just a couple of things that meant it wasn’t perfect - firstly, it’s a bit of a sore deal if you’re in the middle seat and you have two window hoggers, and you’ve paid the same price. Also, little things like not having a clean window to take photos and videos out of - seems like a simple thing to ensure, especially when people pay a premium for the flight. Other than this, staff were so efficient and it was well run!

5.00Possibility to have the seat next to the driver, without wishing and randomly, a happiness. It's worth it, to do after having already done the walking tour of the city, to recognize the neighborhoods.

4.00The ideal is to be placed next to the driver. Choose your day well for visibility. No pilot speaking French. Too bad because it is essential to understand what we see!!

5.00Amazing experience. Our pilot, Ely, was lovely and joined in with the family ‘banter’ One thing our booking agent hadn’t informed us of was the main part booker had to take ID. Luckily we found some but make sure, if booking, you have some with you.

5.00ID is required upon arrival which was not made clear on the tour description, also, an additional $82 for Tax needs to be paid, this was not listed either, for anyone not familiar with add on tax this could come as a surprise because when booked online it says Paid. With that said, the experience itself is amazing, I still give a 5 star truly base on the experience of the tour, the above are communication problems which can be improved.
