A perfect day trip from Brisbane! We made so many interesting stops but never felt rushed. Tania our guide was super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Too many highlights to mention but the viewpoints, skywalk and the glow worm caves were all spectacular and “must sees”! Doing this trip in a van rather than a large bus is definitely the way to see Mt Tambourine and all the sites in the area.

It was a great opportunity to learn about Australia’s glow worms and forests. Because it was winter in Australia we did not see animals like koalas or kangaroos, though it is not cold. Perhaps it is not the best season to visit this part of Australia. The scenery along the way was beautiful, though. The glow worms are very different from the fireflies that I am familiar with.

This trip was absolutely fantastic and a definite highlight of my trip! Our tour guide Tania made it such an enjoyable experience; she answered all my many questions and made sure everyone on the trip was having fun throughout the day. Tania genuinely wants to get to know you so she can provide the best experience for you; she also treats everyone like an old friend which is such a little detail but it really made a difference. The skywalk is beautiful and highly recommended if you haven’t done a bush walk before; lots of wildlife within a beautiful rainforest. The glow-worm cave experience was also really enjoyable; it’s a conservation area specifically built for glow worms. There was 4000+ glow worms when I visited and it was such a spectacular view, like looking into the night sky! The (separate) tour guide was very knowledgeable also but to set expectations, you won’t be able to take photos (light from phones/flashes will disturb them). Considering the costs includes entry to the glow-worm cave and the skywalk (plus it's a small group with a private van), it’s really good value for money. It's worth noting that BOS Tours is a family-run business so if that's also an important thing for you, then go with them!

A great and well organised day out with Tania who shared an insight into the areas we visited. We were a very small group (just 4) which made it almost a personal tour. The chit chat en route was very relaxed and was like chatting to an old friend. The rainforest, waterfalls and glow worm caves were well worth visiting. We even got some recommendations for the next leg of our trip to go via glasshouse mountains.

From start to finish the excursion was great. The owner/driver packed a lot into this full day trip in the countryside south of Brisbane ... we experienced a lot and enjoyed it all.
