The Denali Flyer with Glacier Landing was one of the highlights of our Alaska trip and an experience we will never forget. The flight provided incredible views of the Alaska Range, including an up-close look at Denali and the surrounding mountains. Seeing the vast glaciers, rugged peaks, and endless wilderness from the air was absolutely breathtaking. The glacier landing made the experience even more special. Standing on the glacier, surrounded by towering mountains in every direction, felt like stepping into another world. Hearing the glacier creak and the occasional sound of shifting snow and ice was something to behold and made us appreciate the power and beauty of nature. The entire excursion was well organized, and the scenery was beyond anything we could have imagined. If you're visiting the Denali area, I highly recommend adding the glacier landing—it was worth every penny and created memories that will last a lifetime.

The most friendly people we encountered. Very young but experienced pilots, wonderful and caring owner and all staff were extremely friendly and caring . A wonderful experience in the sky, above the glacier . A certain must do.

The plane ride was exceptional! We really enjoyed ourselves and saw breathtaking scenery. Our pilot was very nice and knowledgeable about the mountain range and surrounding area. Would absolutely do it again. Only thing I would warn people about is the size of the plane, they are really very tight and someone with bad knees or claustrophobia might not be very comfortable.

If you are booking a glacier landing with K2, be aware that you might not get what you paid for. My flight was canceled 30 minutes prior to departure due to weather. I understand that weather is out of their control, but what happened next felt like a bait-and-switch. They offered to swap my ticket for a different, 'longer' flight at no extra charge. I discovered later that this alternative flight is natively cheaper than the premium glacier landing I had already paid for. I rescheduled to try again later, and the exact same thing happened. Locals informed me that the glacier landings are exceptionally rare. I ended up driving all the way out there for nothing. The only saving grace of this experience was a very helpful customer service agent who stepped in and issued a full refund, which is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. Just beware: if they cancel your landing, ask for a refund rather than accepting their 'alternative' route.

Absolutely amazing. Small plane was smoother than the big airliners. The views were unbelievable and the landing and take off at the Glacier were flawless. We would do it again.

We had a wonderful experience with K2 Aviation in Talkeetna! We were originally scheduled for a Denali Scenic Flight, but on the day of our tour, the team proactively reached out and picked us up at our lodge to explain that weather conditions around Denali were not suitable for a safe and enjoyable flight. We really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. Rather than simply canceling, they gave us several options: reschedule, receive a full refund, or take a scenic flight to Knik Glacier. We chose the Knik Glacier flight, and we're so glad we did! Our pilot, Finn, was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather, and throughout the flight he pointed out landmarks, glaciers, and other points of interest while sharing information about the area. His commentary added so much to the experience. The views of Knik Glacier, the Talkeetna Mountains, and the surrounding wilderness were absolutely breathtaking. Seeing Alaska from the air gave us an entirely different perspective on its incredible size and beauty. What impressed us most was K2 Aviation's commitment to safety and customer service. They were transparent about the weather conditions, offered flexible options, and still delivered an unforgettable experience. We never felt disappointed about missing the Denali flight because the Knik Glacier tour was such a memorable adventure. Thank you to Finn and the entire K2 Aviation team for a first-class experience. We highly recommend them to anyone visiting Talkeetna!

We were to check on at 8 with flight at 8:30. We were never told what the delay was but we weren't taking off until 9:18. Our flight was to end at 10. It was after 11. This made us late checking out our RV. I'm sure if we had been that late, we would have just missed out on our flight.

Overall, it was a good tour. We were unable to land on the glacier due to inclement weather. The pilot was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. When we departed, the pilot asked if anyone wanted to sit up with him which made it so that there was an odd number and myhusband and I didn’t get to sit close to each other. It was a good experience but pretty pricey for what we did.

Great experience overall. Pilots are exceptional, smooth ride and breathtaking views. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to land, but great otherwise. We were refunded the amount for glacier landing.
