5.00On time, polite and friendly. This time is excellent. But the trip transfer from air port to hotel is disappointing, the driver did not show up at the Arrival Hall as previously advised. Unfortunately, I cannot find the contact of Viator in complaining about the incident, hope they can reach me out soon.
