To coordinate an excellent service, we suggest that you consider that the Airlines request to be at the Airport at least 2.5 hours before, consider this time when reserving your pick up at the Hotel, add to this time the journey from your Hotel to the Airport of Cancun which we estimate in 45 minutes. The driver will appear at the Hotel Lobby at the time indicated by you, we have a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes, after this time the unit will be removed with a full Non-Refundable charge. 5.00Bolly was our driver. He was amazing! First, he was very friendly and helpful. Bolly gave us a lot of great information on things we can do while we stay in Tulum. We felt comfortable and safe with driving us. One of our party was an elderly person and he took great care of her! The Mercedes was comfortable and clean!

5.00Eduardo and STP were amazing. He pick our family of four at CUN to transport us to Alaya Tulum. Upon arrival, Eduardo was communicating with us via text which made us feel very confident. He greeted us on both journeys with cold towels and water. I would highly recommend Eduardo.
