Walked in for my friend and walked out with a beautiful necklace, anklet and a new diamond wedding ring. Andy was so informative about the process of lab created diamonds and really anything jewelry related. The whole staff were so accommodating and pleasant.

It has been a great experience dealing with Chris and his team of fine jewelers. Chris has been our go to guy for several jewelry purchases. We will continue going to Chris at Kay’s for our jewelry needs. The level of professionalism is top notch and the level of quality is unmatchable. The level of experience they bring to the table is quite remarkable. Most important of all we trust Chris and his team and feel very comfortable in their expertise and their product. The staff was very energetic, accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable. We were offered beverages to quench our thirst and small souvenirs to make our experience that much more memorable while purchasing beautiful quality jewelry.

Steve Punjabi who is the senior sales representative was so helpful and we really had a great experience and my wife left with a beautiful pair of emerald and diamond earrings!! Fantastic service and we were on a cruise and they moved everything at a quick pace to make sure we got back to the ship on time since Steve had some custom work done for us.
