5.00Amazing experience dealing with Roy. We had 2 airport transfers and also an excursion. Upon arrival into Mombasa our driver Simon was waiting for us with a sign. Very professional service and he took us to Diani. He was very knowledgeable about the area and also gave us many suggestions. Our return trip to the airport was with Chris and he was also very punctual and got us to the airport safe and sound. After coming off 5 days of safaris in Nairobi we wanted a relaxing break and asked Roy to arrange a day out for us. This consisted of the giraffe sanctuary and a tour around old town in Mombasa. Excellent service throughout and we even got a tour of a woodworking factory where they make ornaments and animals. We purchased loads at a wholesale price from the shop at the factory. Overall exceptional service from Roy and his team.

They were always on time, very professional, friendly, and made everything smooth and stress-free. The drivers were kind, communication was great, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. 5.00I visited Diani for 1 week, and was transferred from Mombasa Airport to my hotel & my hotel to Mombasa Train Station. Great and affordable transfers! Newton was a great driver, very professional, friendly and accommodating.

5.00My driver was Simon, a very kind and very helpful guy. He sent me a message to tell me he was outside the airport waiting for me; I was prepared for strong air conditioning and high speed, but no weather and impeccable driving! Even at the start he arrived to pick me up at the hotel well in advance and accompanied us calmly. Great experience

5.00Despite the huge delay of our flight from Nairobi to Mombasa, our wonderful driver Roy waited for us patiently. Roy was not only a driver, but also a guide—we gained a friend. A very funny one, by the way. He truly made our stay in Kenya more enjoyable. We often remember him and are still in touch to this day. The service was very professional.
