5.00Our last minute Boxing day plan to see Dolphins and snorkelling at the #Kisite mpunguti Marine National Park & Reserve ( furthest island on Kenyan coastline). Private boat ( vs Sharing ) Half day tour 7:30am - 12noon without lunch ( our choice ) turned out to be a memorable experience! Thanks to Roy and his team ( Newton, Balehi ( sorry for spelling) ,Jamal & Omar ) on the ground and at sea :) at Diani Magical Tours! They made it a seamless, enjoyable and experience despite the crowds at the Marine park and especially for me a beginner in snorkelling they made it safe. We saw the dolphins and snorkelled - thank you Diani Magical Tours ! - [ ] professionalism from first point of contact - all fees explained for shared or private grouping with regards to transfer fees, boat hire and park ticket and or lunch. There was clarity about what was included or excluded. - [ ] promptness (especially as it was almost end of business hours on Christmas Day 25th for the next day 26th Boxing day - [ ] Supplying the snorkeling mask, life jackets and flippers at a fee upon request ) - [ ] Exemplifying due care, diligence and safety ( I am still learning to snorkel and swim :) enabled me to enjoy the experience altogether. Travel tip - expect crowds at the kws marine park - use toilet before arrival and come changed atleast into swimming gear ( avoid the toilet ques - be prepared to hire flippers and /or carry your - we preferred to carry a snack skip lunch and head back earlier.

5.00I received a free taxi ride through booking.com and the trip was assigned to Diani Magical Tours. We were greeted with a friendly smile by Newton who was extremely happy and informative. We mentioned exploring the city ourselves the next day but he really suggested we get a guide. After some thought, we decided to book a last minute city tour (12 hours in advance 😅) with Diani Magical Tours. Newton was again assigned as our driver and Godfrey was assigned as our tour guide. We had the most amazing day ever with them and feel we made friends for life. They were such a joy to be around and each request we had was met with a “yes” and a smile. They were such a memorable part of our stay in Mombasa. I would highly recommend them looking for experiences or transport in Mombasa! You will absolutely not regret it.

5.00We had Newton pick us up from the airport and he suggested we do a guided tour of the city so the next day we did. With Godfrey as our guide and Newton our driver we explored Mombasa hitting all the great spots in comfort and safety. Godfrey was very informative and helpful. Newton drive us safely. Both were very personable and friendly

5.00Newton collected us from Mombasa airport and brought us to our hotel in Diani Beach. Newton knew so much about the area and taught us many words in Swahili to use during our stay. Overall our journey was very relaxing and enjoyable and we would definitely recommend again.
