  Pick-up was on time and the overall beach experience was lovely. The beach itself was beautiful, and the sun loungers, umbrellas, and rum punch made for a relaxing day. However, the lobster lunch was disappointing. The lobster was dry, and the meal only came with two small pieces of sweet potato and a mini bread. Unfortunately, considering the cost of the excursion, the lunch did not feel worth it.

  The driver was an hr late. Then when it was time to return the bus’s key did not work. There wasn’t anything to do on that beach. Spent all that money on one rum punch two meals and ride. Not pleased at all. The host was nice but when we were stuck in the bus for 45 mins before he called for help. When giving this kind of service please try to entertain. The more pleased the customer is more inclined to spend more.

  It was a great experience. Steven was very good. The only suggestion is make sure you have your suit on because there aren't any bathrooms on the beach. We had to walk down to the closest hotel buy drinks to use facilities. The lunch of lobster and corn and jerk chicken was tasty.

  Steven and his friends did an excellent job with the beach selection, making sure we were comfortable and fixing us an AMAZING lunch right on the beach. Highly recommend this excursion!!!

  It was a very relaxing day on a beautiful beach with driver Steven and host/chef Kareem. Steven picked us up at the port with one other couple. In 10 minutes we were walking to our spot on the beach where Steven set us up with two nice beach chairs & umbrella. Kareem arrived with his cooler of drinks and live lobsters as he fired up the grill. Dickinson Beach was absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all. So relaxing and quiet as Steven made us our rum punches and the smell of the grill cooking the lobsters and jerk chicken. There are no buildings or resorts where we were. It’s rustic but authentic and relaxing. Steven & Kameer were friendly, welcoming and it was a peaceful relaxing day on the beach with beautiful weather and warm waters.

  there was no experience, no tour, no tasting no lunch no beach. This was a total rip off a ride through the slums and back to the docks.

  Wear plenty of sun cream Was such a fantastic experience we had a great time the hosts were very friendly and ensured we got picked up from our hotel which was very kind of them and much appreciated The beach is a hidden gem it’s stunning Lunch was cooked to perfection & was delicious Would happily go again

  False Advertisement. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! Dickenson Beach is closed! There is no bar. Tour is on a deserted beach! We only lasted 10 minutes before leaving! STAY AWAY!!!

  Excursion driver was 15 minutes late at the arrival point, had no company credentials, and led us to an unmarked van. We drove through industrial/shabby roads, then turned off on a dirt road. We arrived at an isolated beach with no chairs or umbrellas set up. There was no preparation seen for a beach bbq, and no restroom facilities. We asked to be taken to Dickenson Beach and were told that there is no public access to the beach despite “Dickenson Beach Bar” being listed as part of the excursion. Our driver said that the public access had closed in August, which was prior to our booking. A large man known to our driver approached the van, they had a few “words”, and then we insisted to be taken back to our ship. There was another couple from our ship who had booked the tour and was with us in the van. Like us, they had received no communication about the excursion changes or access issues to Dickenson Bay from the tour operator. The operator should have informed us of these changes, given us the opportunity to cancel instead of remaining silent and charging our credit card. Our refund with Viator is still pending the tour operator’s explanation to Viator. Long story short, our day in Antigua was ruined as there was no ship tour available after our 11 am return.
