What To Expect

Hop aboard your sightseeing boat at Westminster Pier in central London at 8pm, and sip a glass of sparkling wine to start your tour in style. Then, cruise out onto the Thames River and enjoy fine views over landmarks including Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament from your vantage point on the water. Take a seat at your table and watch as famous sites such as City Hall, the London Eye, the National Theatre, the Oxo Tower, Shakespeare's Globe, the Shard, Somerset House, St. Paul's Cathedral, the Tate Modern, Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London drift slowly past outside. During your 3-hour cruise, savor a delicious 3-course dinner and enjoy the sultry sounds of your on-board jazz band — the ChiJazz quintet. Listen to a range of popular swing and Latin jazz numbers while you enjoy your meal, and perhaps hit the bar for a selection of beers, wines, champagnes, spirits, cocktails, and soft drinks (own expense). Step into the cool of the evening on-deck to capture the sires on camera. At 11pm, return to your starting point at Westminster Pier to bring your tour to an end.

Book it way ahead of time in order to get a window seat. We did not, but someone didn’t show, I asked, and they moved my wife and I to that window table. I’ve seen a few reviews complaining about how tight the tables are together, which would be true if it were sold out, but our cruise wasn’t that full so they spaced everyone out nicely. Just a wonderful evening on the river, good jazz band, good food. Also very much appreciate that it’s a kid free event. Would recommend!
Wrong menu and terrible service

When we booked the trip it showed different menus for dinner, we chose two vegeterian lasagnas. When we arrived they only had duck, they said we didn’t chose from the menu. The manager didn’t gave us any solution, he claimed they didn’t have anything else to eat. So two members of the party couldn’t have dinner which by the way wasn’t cheap. We called Viator and never picked up the phone. Terrible service

The views and the food were great. Jazz band was amazing. Only complaint we had was the service. It was very slow. Our table got skipped for drinks many times. And we asked for coffee and never got it. Even though the table next to us did. Overall had a great time though.
