An excellent tour from start to finish from a very experienced and articulate tour guide with great knowledge of the city, and its buildings and history. Tour guide Amanda had informative A4 laminated maps and photographs to illustrate the history and heritage of the Mitte district and delivered her information expertly with an element of humour. She was engaging with the tour group and encouraged questions, and I thoroughly recommend this 3.5hr walking tour.

A great way to get an insight of the history of Berlin along with some local food and drink places. Eleni was a super guide, able to answer every question posed by the large group. Doing the tour early in your stay helps decide where you want to go back and see more

This walking tour was fascinating and gives an excellent overview of the history of Berlin from its foundation to the present day. Although it was three and a half hours long it went by really quickly and was packed with interesting things to see and learn about. Our guide Eleni was excellent and explained so much. She was always happy to ask extra questions we had. If you only have a few days in Berlin I really recommend this informative and thorough tour.

We had a great (if freezing) half day Berlin Discovery Tour with Tobi. I think it showed how informative and engaging he was as he didn't lose any customers in the Baltic conditions! Also need to mention the amazing customer service from Lars, the MD of Original Berlin Walks who sorted out a booking glitch for us from his holiday in South Africa. I think the service is evident from the 'top down' in the way the customers are looked after. Thanks so much, Tobi and Lars, highly recommended!

We booked the Berlin walking tour and our guide was a lovely English guy called Walid. He was full of great information, was very witty and was had a great way of telling us stories about this wonderful city. The tour was about 3 hours long but it certainly didn't feel that way. I can't recommend this highly enough and we'll definitely use walking tours on other city breaks we take. Once again, Walid was excellent and really made the tour memorable.

An absolutely fantastic walking tour of Berlin! Our guide Emma was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and brought the city’s complex history to life in a way that was both informative and moving. We covered so much ground—from Berlin Wall, Museum Island to hidden corners I never would’ve found on my own—and the stories and context really made Berlin feel alive. The pace was perfect, questions were always welcomed, and it never felt rushed or boring. Whether it’s your first time in Berlin or you think you already know the city, this tour adds so much depth and understanding. Highly recommend—one of the highlights of our trip!
