Start your journey early in the morning by taking a ferry from Zanzibar to Dar es Salaam at 7:00 AM, arriving at 8:30 AM. From the ferry, proceed to the nearby railway station at 9:00 AM to catch the high-speed train to Morogoro. The train departs at 9:30 AM and arrives in Morogoro at 11:10 AM, the gateway to Mikumi National Park. From Morogoro, you will drive to Mikumi National Park, arriving in the afternoon. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at the hotel before heading out for a cultural tour with the Masai community. Learn about their traditions and way of life. Overnight stay at a hotel in Mikumi National Park.

Begin the day with an early morning game drive at 6:00 AM, the best time to spot lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, and other wildlife up close. After a midday break and lunch at a hotel inside the park, resume your safari in the afternoon, when it’s a great time to visit areas with hippos and crocodiles sunbathing. End the day with an evening game drive before returning to Morogoro for an overnight stay at a hotel.
