Great viewpoints, friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. Only thing which let it down was the mention of a "delicious lunch of Norwegian cuisine" on the main tour advert and we only had a small cinnamon roll and hot drink. A little misleading and tour participants may need to be more prepared.

We had a wonderful day out touring the Fjords with Anna from The Green Adventure. She gave us an extensive history of Tromsø and the arctic which was a wonderful surprise addition to the tour. It was very wet and windy weather but that did not dampen the spirits. We walked into beautiful valleys, saw reindeer, walked on a sandy beach, and even tested out a frozen lake (it was not cold enough for us to walk on it this time). Highly recommend the tour for all who love nature and glacial valleys.

We had an excellent experience on this tour. Our guide Samuel clearly has a passion for the history and landscape of the area and has exceptional people skills. I have some mobility issues and occasionally had some difficulty navigating the icy areas of the terrain. Samuel went out of his way to assist me and ensure that I was having a good experience. The scenery was beautiful and we were even lucky enough to see a reindeer on the side of the road as we returned to town. Highly recommended.

I wondered when I arrived if we would be able to go as Tromso was experiencing its heaviest snowfall for 16 years, but Anna our guide was a superb driver and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour as it took us to really out of the way places I would never have seen otherwise. 5 stars for the tour, and thank you again Anna for a superb day.

Absolutely stunning views!! Every turn of the head was just continuous beautiful scenery. We had Kat, who was funny and friendly, and Samuel, who was incredibly informative and taught us so much about the history of some sites as well as some interesting facts about the different environments that we were in. The van was incredibly cramped but we were given sufficient time to get on/off so overall that was fine. Would definitely recommend this experience :)

This tour was a fantastic overview of local fjords. I had never seen a fjord before and was absolutely blown away by the scenery I witnessed today. My guide, Kat, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She brought us to some excellent view points and let the guests go at their own pace with taking photos and observing the scenery. We were also lucky enough to see some harbor seals and reindeer at two of the viewpoints. I did this tour on the last day of a week-long stay in Tromsø and truly feel like I ended it on a high note. The only reasons I gave this tour 4 stars are because the van was very cramped (I was arm-to-arm with another guest and against the wall the whole time) and lunch was not included like the itinerary states, so I would recommend eating a late breakfast or bringing a sandwich to eat on the drive back.

We did a Fjord Trip and a Northern Lights Chase on the same day with Green Adventure. They are very different experiences, and I would recommend both. For the fjord trip, you are out during the daylight, so you really get to take in the natural beauty. We also saw reindeer and a moose. Our guide, Anna, was great and very knowledgeable. The van was a bit tight and I ended up not being able to sit with my wife. That's my only complaint. Highly recommend this trip with Green Adventure.

It was stated on the booking that a **max** of 15 would be on board. Looking at the vehicle, this is why we booked this "comfortable" experience. I am 6'1" and my son is 6'5". We are don't travel unless we have the money to get comfortable seats. We buy exit rows or we don't go (flights, etc.) as it totally ruins any experience if we can't sit comfortably. Though we were the first waiting for the van, we were "checked in" last and we were sent to the last seats on the bus (the only remaining)...we had to sit 4 in the back, knees basically in our lap, totally smashed. There were 16 guests on the bus (exceeding the maximum and our promised experience) and that made a lot of difference as had there been at least one empty seat in that back row, we could have had breathing room. I did tell the driver at the first stop that we could not even buckle our seatbelts (we were told that we must after we drove off) and she told me that if we could not, it was okay...?! We literally could not move to do so, nor could the couple by us. The sights were nice, but the drives were miserable. We had to take our coats on and off every stop finally to try and fit better (all 4 of us in the back did). I finally gave up and quit doing this, which I regretted as I got sick later. I regretted this booking; it was the only bad part of our trip that we had saved for--the worst part by far. We asked to switch seats (if it was this full, there should have been a strategy for seating people). Half way though the trip, two people volunteered to switch us. The driver totally mishandled this situation and the company needs to change the description of the experience.
