This was the best experience! We spent about 30/40 minutes on the sled, got to help drive it and were able to see the whole before and after processes. We also got to help feed the dogs, hang out with them and warm up inside over some hot chocolate. The dogs are so happy and Tabitha is awesome at answering questions. I ended up spending about 3hrs here and it was definitely worth the price! This was a bucket list item for me and it absolutely exceeded my expectations!

We loved our experience with Tabitha and Howling Bay Kennel. She was very friendly and informative, and you could tell she really loved her dogs. Meeting (and petting) all the dogs was very fun; they were all so friendly and excited, and there were puppies! There wasn’t enough snow for a full sled experience but she took us out on the side by side atv and had the dogs hooked up to the front of it like a sled, which was still really cool. Getting to and from the kennels wasn’t an issue, I just reserved Uber/Lyft pickups ahead of time. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Had a great time! Tabitha was very kind, talkative in a great way, and happy to share things about sled dogs, the history, and her process. Cool experience!

There were few other options for dog mushing but we booked this higher priced your because it says it is 2 hours. Well, it was not. We were on sled for hardly 20 minutes, less than a mile. Whole things was over in about an 1 hour. Elsewhere we would have got same time on sled for much less.

Wonderful little excursion. Note that you may need to wait in the little globe hut until your start time, but you are in the right place.

Tabitha was great, very well informed; and truly cared about the animals. The ride itself was great fun; not too fast, not too slow. Dogs were great!

I’m so happy that I’ve been there, it really made my day!😍 Such a nice place in the heart of the nature and all the fluffy cute dogs! After a wonderful ride throw the forest, got the best pictures with them, and of course, to pet them :) I totally recomand. Also the owners are so nice and friendly, explaining everything you need to know, and special thanks to Katie!

Really fun experience! Tabitha and her dogs were awesome !! It’s a small operation but I’d prefer to support a small business!
