It was great! Harris was very imformative and entertaining and he knew so much about the history and sites of Philidelphia. I was very impressed and we saw so much of the City. I can't wait to return when the weather is warmer and and I'd ride this hop on hop off for days!

For $100 per couple it would have been great to hear much more about Philadelphia. Our tour guide, Tom, told us he's been at this for about a year...and it shows. He doesn't share as much about the city as he does about personal relationships with Kevin Bacon and his Dad. Tom spends more time warning about branches and wires throughout our tour and less time sharing information about what we are seeing...and yet he reminded us plenty of times about the tip box! When we got off at the Art museum/Rocky Steps, we were there for about 15-20 minutes. We then proceeded to wait for an HOUR and the next bus that arrived was the trolley bus. They were good enough to let us ride with them, and we learned more about Philadelphia in the 30 minutes we were in that bus than we learned from Tom in over an hour on our first bus ride. This was both frustrating and disappointing since we were trapped for an hour at a bus stop that allegedly runs buses every half hour-45 minutes! We had tickets for a museum that afternoon and had to hurry to see it in an hour's less time than we would have if you had kept to the promised schedule. Of course, when we have concerns about our trip, our frustrations, and the overpriced poor experience we had, there's no one that we could talk to about it until you send review requests like this. Unfortunately you have to take our word about the day and we spent quite a bit to hear about Philadelphia from alleged experts who let us down. Had there been someone to bring attention to this in the city in Tuesday we would have expressed our concerns at that time. In the hopes that you might want to make this right with us, here is supporting information: Mark and Mary Hetrick 3331 Hughes Blvd. Toledo, Ohio. 43606 (419) 350-8443 Date of Tour Tuesday March 24th 9:30 A.M. REC. # 1925 Term # 380822479728 TIX #s 0110009002968/2969 Thank you for asking about our trip...sure wish we had better responses.

They were helpful and knowledgeable. During winter the buses don’t run as often but it gave us time to do more sightseeing.

Great way to see the city, we will do it again next time . We liked the hop On hop off feature. The microphone was loud.

Great way to get an overview of the city. Didn't hop on or off. Decided to stay on the whole time and just walked to the sights we wanted to spend time at after. Good way to get oriented

In Philly for one day and was eager for my friend to see as much as she could, so we got tickets for the red tour. At the kiosk, the woman couldn’t get her scanner to work to give us our vouchers. She called Dave who also tried. He made it sound as if I had purchased tickets for another business (even though our on-line tickets said Hop On Hop Off ) and were at the wrong site. We were at the Bourse where our tickets said to start. He finally used his scanner to print the vouchers. On the bus, the driver said he didn’t need the vouchers, so it seems unnecessary to go through that exercise when we had tickets on our phone. That done, we had a very delightful trip with our guide, Joe. I couldn’t understand our driver’s name. He was also excellent. Joe was knowledgeable and presented many facts and history with a fun sense of humor. He sat up with us which allowed us to ask questions and interact. I lived in Philly 50 years ago before Hop On Hop Off was available, and I saw a lot and learned a lot that I never knew. I really wanted my friend to see the Liberty Bell, but we couldn’t go by due to the government shutdown (I think that’s what he said). Overall, a truly exceptional tour! Thank you!

Don’t go on a rainy day. They had the smallest, leaky bus running. Miserable experience. They have such better and nicer buses. Weird. Had a 3 day pass. The guides were all great but some facts didn’t match. The personalities were all fun (I saw 5 guides) and learned a lot about Philadelphia.
