In Philly for one day and was eager for my friend to see as much as she could, so we got tickets for the red tour. At the kiosk, the woman couldn’t get her scanner to work to give us our vouchers. She called Dave who also tried. He made it sound as if I had purchased tickets for another business (even though our on-line tickets said Hop On Hop Off ) and were at the wrong site. We were at the Bourse where our tickets said to start. He finally used his scanner to print the vouchers. On the bus, the driver said he didn’t need the vouchers, so it seems unnecessary to go through that exercise when we had tickets on our phone. That done, we had a very delightful trip with our guide, Joe. I couldn’t understand our driver’s name. He was also excellent. Joe was knowledgeable and presented many facts and history with a fun sense of humor. He sat up with us which allowed us to ask questions and interact. I lived in Philly 50 years ago before Hop On Hop Off was available, and I saw a lot and learned a lot that I never knew. I really wanted my friend to see the Liberty Bell, but we couldn’t go by due to the government shutdown (I think that’s what he said). Overall, a truly exceptional tour! Thank you!

Don’t go on a rainy day. They had the smallest, leaky bus running. Miserable experience. They have such better and nicer buses. Weird. Had a 3 day pass. The guides were all great but some facts didn’t match. The personalities were all fun (I saw 5 guides) and learned a lot about Philadelphia.

The route is very good, the microphones are comfortable. the translation system was not optimal because the Spanish channel was not the one advertised. You have to look for one manually. The guides know a lot and the translation falls short of what the guide comments. They give you the free headphones

To flee!!!! Deplorable Service... they advertise so-called bus every 20 minutes. It takes a minimum of 45 minutes. They saw us waiting without telling us that we had to take the big buses that are said by the way null from home and without headphones. Finally we asked them for help in translating and the answer No!!!!! Frankly rotten!!!!

They were very late and unorganized. They didn't inform us of a change in where we were meeting at. The bus tour itself was not bad although I felt that some details of history were missed

The lady narrating the tour was struggling through the tour having to correct herself often and dare I say slurring her words. As the bus was full they had us on the lower level which was OK. But you could barely hear the mumbled narration over the drivers radio that had the volume all the way up.
