We will start our tour visiting a Family Estate/Winery located in one of the counties from Peso da Regua and learning about their history , wine making process; Tasting high class Douro Doc Wines - Red/White Tasting Porto Wines with "soul" Olive oil tasting

5.00My husband & I had such a great time on this special tour of the Douro region. Andreia & Valdemar have a wonderful plan for a day in the Douro valley. They picked us up from our hotel & drove us throughout the region to 3 family wine tastings & beautiful overlooks. We really got to know the area. Their love of the region made it very special. Lunch was a great stop where we could ecperience the delicious local food with them. We highly recommend this tour!

5.00We had an incredible experience on this Douro Valley wine tour. It was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The small group size made it feel intimate and exclusive, which really elevated the entire day. Our guide was not only knowledgeable but also local, which added so much depth and authenticity to everything we saw and learned along the way. We were staying in Mesão Frio, and the convenient pickup in the area made the day completely stress-free from the start. From there, the tour was beautifully paced, with stops at some truly breathtaking viewpoints that captured the magic of the Douro Valley. Lunch was fantastic. It was thoughtfully chosen and a perfect complement to the day. The wineries we visited were equally impressive. Each one offered something unique, with excellent wines and welcoming hosts. Overall, this tour delivered exceptional value for the cost. It struck the perfect balance of scenery, education, and indulgence. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to experience the Douro in a meaningful and memorable way.

5.00Andreia was a wonderful tour guide! We did the all-day wine tour and it was such a beautiful experience. The wine is of course delicious, but the best part is getting to learn about the culture and location. The Douro Valley is a beautiful area of the country with a rich history. I would make sure to add this tour to your itinerary if visiting Portugal! Andreia and her husband are locals so you will learn so much about the Douro and the wine from them. 100% recommended, beautiful tour!!!! You’ll have great wine and get great pictures! Andreia let me practice my Portuguese and she offered to take so many pictures. We loved it.

5.00Doing a tour for your day in Douro Valley with Andreia and Valdemar is a must! They were very knowledgeable and gracious guides for our day in Douro Valley. They picked us up at our hotel and had a full day planned for us, we visited some great local wineries, had lunch with them at a local restaurant, and they dropped us off at our spot for dinner after a full day of touring making sure we had a contact for a taxi to get back to our hotel! Highly recommend!

Recommend 100%, Andreia and Valdemar were so knowledgeable, and having a small group meant we were able to ask questions and be given insights only possible with a local guide. We visited fantastic wineries and had viewpoint stop offs for photographs too. The wine was delicious and learning about the different wineries was incredible. Being able to support local businesses in Douro Valley was amazing, especially having the pickup/dropoff from the local hotel. You have to choose this tour!!! Worth every cent.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Andreia & her partner , everything was perfect, they even picked us up from our hotel . The day flew by & we were shown 2 quite different Quinta’s (both were unique & special ) then a lovely personal lunch at a local restaurant, driven to stunning view points the views of the valley were breathtaking. Ending with an hour cruise from Pinhão on a Rabelo boat which was magic ! What made the day even more amazing was the passion , the warmth & the knowledge of Andreia who is from the region . Can’t recommend this tour any more highly.

5.00This tour was amazing!! Valdemar was so personable, kind, and really treated us like one of his own. We got to visit 3 very different wineries off the beaten path and loved each and every one of them. This was definitely the highlight of our trip! Would recommend to anyone in the douro valley.

5.00We would highly recommend Andreia and Valdemar as tour guides for the Douro Valley. Both are knowledgeable and passionate about the valley, the wines and the community. We visited family owned and run Quinta's and learnt about the processes and also the stories behind these amazing vineyards. This has been hands down the best tour we have been on. The small group size of 6 was a perfect number.
