  We had an absolutely amazing day exploring the Douro Valley with Sergio in his electric vehicle. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, comfortable, and deeply enriching. Sergio is incredibly knowledgeable about the region—its history, culture, and especially its wines. His passion for the valley shines through in every story and detail he shares. The car was spotless and comfortable, making the journey through the winding valley roads a true pleasure. Sergio was attentive to our needs throughout the day, ensuring every moment felt special and personalized. Whether it was adjusting the itinerary to suit our pace or offering thoughtful insights, he made us feel completely taken care of. One of the highlights was visiting the wineries. It was clear that Sergio is highly respected by the winemakers and staff—his warm relationships with them added a personal touch to each tasting and tour. We felt like welcomed guests rather than just tourists. If you're looking for a unique, luxurious, and insightful way to experience the Douro Valley, we can't recommend Sergio enough.   We had a wonderful time experiencing the Douro Valley with Sergio. His tour was well planned out and his choice in activities were fantastic. We had a long lunch at a farm to table restaurant in a stunningly beautiful location. We would highly recommend using Sergio. He is full of knowledge about the area and his car is immaculate.

  How beautiful a day! From beginning to end it was filled with unforgettable moments. Sergio was very knowledgeable and informative and cared about everything we wanted to do and see. From a trip in a luxury car to a delicious and unique meal in a vineyard and to finish a wine and port tasting! It’s impossible to ask for more! Thank you very much Sergio!

  We had an outstanding Douro Valley tour, wine tasting, and food pairing experience with Sergio. Transport to the valley from Porto was luxurious in the Tesla Model X. Sergio shared a wealth of knowledge about the wines of Douro and took us to boutique wineries, restaurants, and olive oil producers with a boat cruise down the river. Highly recommended!

  We had an absolutely incredible day exploring the Douro Valley with Sérgio as our guide, and we can't recommend this experience enough! I had seen rave reviews on here but was reluctant as we were coming to Portugal with our teens. Traveling with three teenagers can be a challenge, but Sérgio made the entire day engaging, informative, and fun for all of us. From the moment he picked us up, Sérgio’s warmth, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the region set the tone for a perfect day. He tailored the experience beautifully to suit our family, blending fascinating history, stunning scenery, and thoughtfully selected stops that kept everyone—teens included—interested and involved. The electric vehicle was comfortable and eco-friendly, and it was such a relaxing way to take in the breathtaking views of the vineyards and river. Sérgio’s insights into the culture and winemaking traditions of the Douro Valley brought the whole experience to life in a way that was accessible and enjoyable for all ages. The winery visits were a true highlight—not just touristy spots, but authentic, welcoming places where we felt like guests rather than just visitors. Sérgio made sure the kids were included in the experience every step of the way, with fun stories, interactive moments, and a great sense of humor that kept everyone engaged. Lunch was another standout—delicious local cuisine served with unforgettable views. The pace of the day was perfect, and we appreciated how smoothly everything flowed. This tour struck the ideal balance of learning and relaxation. We left with full hearts, amazing photos, and memories we’ll talk about for years to come.   My husband and I had a wonderful time with Sergio in Portugal. We traveled in and out of Porto to the Douro Valley and we hired Sergio to not only drive us from Porto to Douro and back, but also for a beautiful day in Douro with wine tasting, olive oil tasting and lunch. Sergio is a lovely warm and personable man. He’s very proud of his country and where he lives and he shares so much knowledge with his clients. Everything we did was wonderful and delicious and on our last day traveling back to Porto when we found out that a friend that we hadn’t seen in a while was vacationing nearby, he was completely open and flexible to drive us there first and stop for about 45 minutes so that we could see our friends which we greatly appreciated. By the time you’re done spending a day with him he feels like family. I highly recommend his services and we look forward to seeing him again at another time when we return to Portugal.

  Sérgio is amazing! We were fortunate to be able to book a private tour of the Douro Valley with him. We were blown away!!! The views, the food, the wine, the olive oil, the people we met… Perfection! Sérgio is a wealth of knowledge, and he is passionate about what it does. He takes care of every detail.
