2.00I was really excited about this tour and did several tours on this trip to Portugal including Lisbon & Porto. First of all thesre were no details about the tour to help decide which one to choose. As a result it didn't match my expectations. Chaotic start - suggestio: pls assign a number to the bus and customer. We had to run from bus to bus (5-6 of them) to find a name of the tour guide. There was very little talk in the 2 hrs to the boat. We waited 30 min for the boat & sadly it was raining so we sat on the bus, there was not much to look at. The boat was just a 30 min out & back, I thought we were going somewhere. There was no lunch until 2pm after our 1st taste on an empty stomach. I brought some snacks but I missed breakfast so it was too long for lunch especially for familes. Fortunately there was some yummy bread. Lunch was only ok, the staff seemed stressed out or overworked. Veg lunch disappointing. I would have loved more tour info about the area.

5.00My husband and I had a great time on this tour. Our guide Flavio was friendly and knowledgeable. The guides at both of the vineyards and on the boat were also terrific. I especially enjoyed the humor of our guide at the first vineyard. The lunch was delicious. A must do.

5.00Lovely tour visiting amazing wineries and a great cruise along the Douro river. Communication all along was clear and Milena our tour guide was entertaining and informative. It was a smaller group tour (we saw many others waiting to be picked up with other tour groups in huge buses) and stayed as a small group at each stop - didn't clash with other big groups.
