One of the best experiences of our entire vacation. I wanted to visit the castle the previous year, but all of the tours were sold out, so when I knew we were going to London again this year, I booked way in advance and it did not disappoint. The tour guide (unfortunately I forgot her name but photo of her included in review) was both hysterical and informative! She made the whole tour engaging and fun. Highclere was magical, and plenty of time is given to wander the grounds. We wish there had been more time given to the Oxford tour because we weren't aware of how BIG Oxford University or the town really are! We will have to make plans to come back and take a whole separate tour of Oxford!

My mother and I had un unforgetable experience visiting Oxford, Bampton and Highclere's castle. It was magical. Andrew, our guide was absolutely wonderful! Funny, caring and extremely well prepared. Those who happen to visit these places with him are really lucky! Thank you Mister Andrew! Solange and Sylvia

This trip is well worth it! Oxford is absolutely lovely, and the Downton sites are amazing. We were also very pleased with our tour guide Andrew, who did a great job of explaining and making the bus ride fun.

We wished we had more time. The cafes were very nice and affordable. The castle self guided tour was about 45 minutes but you had unlimited time allowed. No pictures allowed inside was disheartening. Our tour only allowed for 1.5 hours which really wasn’t enough time to walk the grounds and gardens.

If you love Downton Abbey you won't be disappointed. The castle is beautiful. The visit to Bampton although short, is very pretty, the church is a jewel. The stop in Oxford takes too little to elaborate on any visit, so it turns out to be just a break.

Good coverage of sites and commentary by the hard working guide. This otherwise great tour was marred by a small number of tourists who talked incessantly the entire day. Unfortunately this was irritating. These tour operators should routinely remind all participants of the need to be considerate of those around them.

Visiting Highclere Castle aka Downton Abbey has long been high on my bucket list and today I made that dream come true! Our tour guide Zozo and our bus driver Hector were knowledgeable and personable. I was impressed with their professionalism and driving ability! Wish I had the ability to back up that giant bus like Hector! 👏 Great day overall!

We did the downton abbey tour with a guide whose name who I think was Susoo,(probably misspelled, apologies) and the driver's name was Hector. They both made this a very enjoyable trip. And it is one that I would highly recommend.

Zozo and Hector were very funny, friendly, and personable. They did a good job explaining things. The book provided as a free extra was a really nice touch. The coaches were comfortable, although a bit noisy from other people speaking. It was also difficult to understand what was being said over the speakers. I would have liked to see the Radcliffe Camera or Christ Church College Hall.
