Ramadan was a excellent tour guide. We were on a girls trip to celebrate a birthday. He feed us good, taught us about all the sites we visited and made sure we knew what and what not to do. I really enjoyed myself and so did my family. He gets 10 stars!

Good and Friendly tour company but the guide but did not make significant allowances for my mom who was 80 despite me contacting the company before and my saying I was concerned as she was slow on her feet and could not make long distances. Despite the company saying the guide will make allowances for this and find places for her to rest… this did not happen till I had to ask the guide during the tour after the 1st 2 stops to be told about information related to where we stopped. My mother was very slow at walking and no attempt was made to amend for this…. So we were left trailing behind most of the tour and one occasion was not sure which direction to turn. When it was noted how she was struggling alternative should have been suggested. This was evident within the first 20 min of the tour and I even had to ask the guide before this to find ways of us pausing so she can sit to rest as he was talking to the group. I got so concerned after over an 90min of walking … I even asked if I could pay for a cab to take us to the market we were walking to and they meet us there when they arrive as all she wanted to do was mull around the markets. As we had never been to Dubai before we chose this tour to guide us with markets. This request was shunned and so the 80yr old was left still struggling for a further 15min of walking. The tour was divided into two parts with first stage about 2hrs long that was just spent walking (I suspect it is not normally so long but we were so slow that it took a while to move from place to place). The moment we lagged behind multiple times … an alternative should have been considered … which could have 1) cancel .. this is too strenuous for you or 2) suggest a taxi to meet the tour at the Market place… which is why we choose the tour…she wanted to see the clothing, spice and gold markets. By the time we got to the markets she was too tired … so the 7000 steps this 80yr old did was spent walking through buildings instead of mulling around markets … which she would have been more than capable of doing had we not used up all her stammer in the walking. When we finally got to the markets she could only sit one place or buy from the only shop in front of her. I was exceeding disappoint…. And blame myself for not raising a concern earlier in the tour so instead she just struggled for 2hrs walking and walking. This is very good for anyone who can walk for a few hrs persistently … but if you can’t, the tour operator should consider making a wheel chair available (as the terrain is very well suited for a wheelchair … which I could have pushed) or make an amendment where you join the group at the markets … at the stage of the tour was a walk though 1 market… a small boat ride to spice market and then the gold market. This walk that is manageable for thoes with the most limited of mobility.

We had a fantastic experience with Aladdin Tours Dubai! Our guide, Seef, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He took us through some amazing hidden corners of the old city as well as the main markets, sharing insights and history along the way that really brought everything to life. One of the highlights was his tip on how to distinguish real saffron from fake -?something we never would’ve known on our own. We honestly learned so much in just a few hours. Our only regret is that we didn’t book this tour on our very first day in Dubai, because it would’ve made the rest of our trip even better. Highly recommend this tour and especially Seef!

Hamza is an excellent tour guide. He was very warm, fun and engaging throughout the tour. He knows so much about the history and culture, and he shared it all with us in the most entertaining ways. We really enjoyed exploring the city with him and learning about Dubai’s history and culture. Highly recommend him if you're heading to Dubai.

The guided walk was around the old Dubai (not all of which is that old apparently), included a short boat ride to the other side where traditional markets (souks) are. Markets obviously cater for tourists so be prepared for pushy salespeople. We opted for a 5pm time slot that turned out to be great: our group was less than 10 people, the weather cooled down to a comfortable 26C, the sunset hour was perfect for photos and followed by a vibrant evening atmosphere. Our guide Frances was knowledgeable, shared interesting historical and cultural facts and overall was super funny. This was an easy couple of hours with a good mix of history and trinkets shopping. I highly recommend this activity for a first Dubai visit.

Chose the pick up option, worked out well. In peak traffic it’s circa an hour from JBR. Francis the tour guide was articulate, engaging with a sense of humour. Really enjoyed the experience.

We absolutely loved our tour with Seef! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. It was nice to see a different part of the Dubai (no high rises). We had a great time and I highly recommend this tour. The bites and treats are a nice touch—the schwarma was great.

Our tour guide is Ramadan and he was one of the best tour guides I have ever had throughout the various attractions I have visited in Dubai. He was very insightful and knowledgeable on the topic, patient, funny and an amazing photographer. He truly made this tour very enjoyable and was very helpful when helping us identify the right spices at souks. I really cant wait to come back with my family and do this tour again and hopefully Ramadan will be our tour guide again :) Thank you Ramadan once again for such a memorable experience and night.
