Subject to favorable weather conditions.Dubai Desert temperature may fall down around 09 degree + between December to April. Hence request all the guest to keep light woollen clothes and windbreakers.
You are booked on sharing basis hence all the co participants must cooperate with each other. Priority must be given for senior citizens for the front seats. Parents with children who are less than 12 years are only allowed to sit in rear seat as per the UAE Law. Driver will be the master of the roaster in allocating the seats. Alternatively the co-passengers must sort out among themselves by shifting equal time on the preferred seats. No prior request for the seats will be entertained since everyone pay the same. Anyone who does not agree to the seating allocation may request for an exclusive jeep by paying the supplementary charges directly
ATV RIDE will be offered for all children excluding infants; 15 yrs and above can enjoy the open desert ride, children between 11yrs to 14yrs can ride in a specified area for safety & children above 3 yrs can accompany parents in the open desert
Quad bikes are insured in UAE for an limited liability. In an unlikely situation accident take place, police must be informed and must collect the accident report, The bike rider must ride the bike at own risk and strictly follow the instructions and the leader. No prior training or experience is required to ride the bike.
Accidents or damages from the self-riding activity will be the sole responsibility of the rider & passenger. The participant must responsible for any injury he/she has inflicted on him/herself or on others from the usage of ATVs. An orderly behavior must be maintained and shall not disturb other participants knowingly or unknowing .
All participants must sign an indemnity form before the tour, ABC Tourism LLC shall not be responsible for any kind of loss, accident, sickness, or injury. It is advisable that the traveller should avail a travel health insurance as there can be chances of potential risks and hazards
No belly dancer Show during the Holy Month of Ramadan, Islamic new year and other religious holidays
NO PICKUP is offered to guest staying Naif souk including gold souk, Hatta, outskirts other Emirates. Minimum 3 guest requires to pickup from production city al furjan green community Jebel Ali.

What To Expect
Dubai
After pickup from your hotel, head off with your local guide to the desert. At the desert, be welcomed into with refreshments (Arabic tea/coffee with dates) relax and use the restroom facilities. Enjoy ATV Quad biking in the open desert dunes. Every guest is given an exclusive quad bike. Open desert quad biking most adventurous -not the so called "circuit drive" (what is circuit drive: - one small area biking many dozens of bikes ride (circling) - it is good for kids only not for adults who are seeking for fun and trill). We give every guest a chance to cruise over high dunes, actual fun in quad biking. Guest has option to choose 60 minutes/30 minutes/10 minutes based on your interest and budget. Safety is prime priority.

4.00The overall activity experience was great. The place was not very crowded, not too many guests. Our guide Manoj, was a super guy. We enjoyed our Dune Bashing with him. The live performances were also great. 5 start worthy but the BBQ dinner was a low point, because the food was cold and dry (the grilled meat items).

5.00Our driver Manoj was wonderful!! The desert driving was seriously impressive — high-level expertise that made the ride both thrilling and safe. You could tell we were in very capable hands as we navigated the dunes. The shows were added to the atmosphere of the evening. And the food — there was so much of it, and it was absolutely delicious! The ATVing was an absolute highlight. So much fun and definitely worth it — I highly recommend booking the full hour if you can. Overall, an unforgettable desert adventure!

1.00As a group of 5 (3 kids -10 years old to 15 years old) and 2 adults)- we signed up for this safari / inc 30 mins quad bike. A very nice driver Picked us on time at 3:00 pm from the hotel and drove for an hour to the meeting point of the land cruiser- we had to wait for 20 mins there for the next driver- once he picked us, his dune bashing was brilliant for 20-25 mins- he also stopped for 10 mins photo break. Then we went quad biking- i stayed back in the track (by the tent area) and the rest went to open desert. They got back from a different route and noone told me that they were back. No staff was around me either but I finally got stopped after 50 mins by a staff when the sun was setting. When the sun fully set, we started doing camel ride - as a group of 5, four of us did the ride (2 on each camel) and I was left behind- it was very rushed and unorganised Time wise, which was quite shocking. For it being a private camp, premium package, timings should have been taken into consideration by the company (ABC Tours) and perhaps they should have picked us from the hotel earlier. They had very few staff visible and the communication wasn’t the best. Then we went to do sandboarding with one staff member who was continuously on his mobile phone doing personal calls. He was very unenthusiastic and unprofessional, not very interested to show us this activity properly. Only two of my children took one round and we could hear the entertainment starting so we left that and ran to have a seat. The camp was completely dead and had zero atmosphere as very few people were there. Prior to this, in the early afternoon before leaving our hotel, someone started text messaging me from the company trying to upsell me the premium Seating for extra 250 dirhams and then slowly haggled to 220 dirhams (around £44)- i paid them cash at the camp. When we got our vip booth, it was very confusing as non vip seating (all on table and chairs as well) was much better direct facing towards the stage- our vip booth seating had a side view. It was so so few people that i would never ever have purchased this extra vip package of £44, had i known the setup beforehand. Due to very less people, the queues to the food were minimal as well further reducing the need for a vip package. So we would have coped perfectly fine with a basic non vip package as we had already paid £51.69 per person. The food variety was excellent (pitta bread, humous, samosas, salad etc at the start. Then the barbecue came to our table, the barbecue stand felt flimsy and a bit dangerous around kids. The barbecue food was quite bland. The buffet was set in a small Room and had a good variety with salads, noodles, rice and some dessert and arabic tea in the end. They also had a private photographer taking photos and selling them for around £10 per print (and digital Copy)- we did not use that service. The entertainment was 3 people altogether - the first guy doing sufi dance with lights and was very good. The last guy with fire show was absolutely excellent and deserves a pay rise. The belly dancer was very disappointing and the worse that I have ever seen unfortunately. They had a henna lady doing henna and unfortunately she wasn't very good at all either. Overall the desert safari experience was ok but at such a premium price, their timings needed to Be much better so we can actually do the activities in day light and enjoy them (no point upselling all the activities when we can not even do them). Also please don’t rip People off with that vip package as its totally pointless in this situation for your private camp where there are very few people anyway. Hope our suggestions will be taken into account and your company will make some fundamental improvements to enhance the experience for your guests. Thanks
