The vehicle was comfortable, and we never felt rushed. We had plenty of time for sightseeing, photos, and even shopping.   This private chauffeur service was excellent from start to finish. Our guide Tahir listened to what we wanted to see and adjusted the schedule to fit our interests. We visited key attractions like the Burj Khalifa area, the beach, and local markets at our own pace. The driver was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a stress‑free way to explore the city, and we loved every moment.

  We had a wonderful full‑day private chauffeur experience in Dubai. Our guide Usman was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about the city. He picked us up on time and took us to all the places we wanted to see, including famous landmarks and shopping spots. The car was comfortable and clean, which made the whole day more relaxing. We felt well‑taken care of and really enjoyed the personalized service.

  We spent two days in Dubai. The first was spent touring Abu Dhabi (separately reviewed) and the second touring Dubai. My wife had planned out the important sites that she wished to see, and booked a driver via Viator. Communications were excellent. Our driver, Ali Raza, met us at our hotel at 9:15am in a comfortable Toyota Sienna with plenty of room for us and our luggage. Over the next 10 hours, Ali took us efficiently through Dubai. His English was excellent. Most impressive was his thought-process at each of our stops. He was excellent in finding the perfect spot to drop us off and then gave great directions in a good meet-up spot. Our last stop was the fountain show in front of the Burj Khalifa, which was a show stopper. As expected, Ali had a perfectly planned meeting spot after the show and took us to the airport.   We had an excellent experience with Usman (Arabian Falcon) as our chauffeur in Dubai. He was extremely professional, punctual, and very friendly throughout the day. Usman took us comfortably to Meena Bazaar, Al Fahidi Historical District, Al Seef, and the Dubai Frame, making the entire journey smooth and stress-free. His knowledge of the routes and local areas was impressive, and he guided us on the drop-off points and timing at each location. The car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and Usman always ensured we felt safe and relaxed. Thanks to him, our sightseeing experience was enjoyable and well-organized.

  Where to start…Usman…VERY professional, VERY knowledgeable, and VERY efficient. Any questions we had, he knew the answers to as well as locations. There was even road closures and he easily navigated around them. Within 5 minutes of a WhatsApp message, he replied. He was 15 minutes early upon arrival 2 days in a row to assure we weren’t waiting. We made several stops throughout the day and he helped us schedule our stop to best fit our short visit in Dubai. He was a great driver, unlike most who cannot decide if they want the gas or the break. Smooth Operator. 🙂

  Confirmation for booking came promptly within 24 hours. Driver assigned was Usman- he was very punctual and flexible with given itinerary. He was also knowledgeable about Dubai facts which provided insights to places visited.

  Ali picked us up in comfort, we told him where we wanted to go, he put them in sequence and off we went. It was so easy, he dropped us of and was there when we wanted to move onto the next place. The hours passed so quickly and returned us back to accommodation in comfort. Would highly recommend this company.

  Ali Raza gave us a VIP experience in Dubai. From Jumeirah Mosque to La Mer Beach every stop was scenic and peaceful. His driving was smooth and his recommendations were spot on. We especially loved the visit to Souk Madinat Jumeirah for its charming ambience.
