Taking a Morning Desert Safari Dubai is something that you cannot afford to miss! Plan the morning safari to experience this desert in full, along with a share of adventures in the form of Sandboarding, Dune bashing, Camel riding, quad bike then, relax in an air-conditioned tent and enjoy Arabian coffee with dates.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
It is highly recommended that you eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid sickness during the dune bashing.
We highly recommend having international travel insurance, as self-driving activities carry inherent risks that may lead to serious injury. Coverage for such incidents is typically provided only through your personal insurance.
All desert safari drivers are well trained and licensed for safari drives. The 4WD vehicles are fully insured and well equipped with all necessary safety features, such as roll bars, seat belts, government trackers, GPS, GMS, and a First Aid box

Please wear sports shoes for safe sand boarding.
Casual, loose fitting clothing is recommended in the summer, along with a jacket in the winter
Pickup will be 45min prior to your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time.

Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.
Everything listed in the Inclusions is part of the tour and is covered in the price. Quad biking is available if the option is selected.
Camel Ride: Children below 12 years of age cannot ride alone and must be accompanied by an adult.
Quad Bike: Children below 16 years cannot ride on their own and must be accompanied.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept that some activities involve inherent risks and unforeseen incidents, and adequate travel and health insurance is strongly recommended for your safety and financial protection. Recommended Age for Self-Driving Activities: Sandboarding: 12-50 years, Quad Biking: 16–50 years. Animal-related activities (company not responsible for uncontrollable natural behaviour of animals): Camel Ride (Recommended age: 12–50 years) Falcon, Horse Riding.
Helmets & safety gear are highly recommended where applicable, and participation is entirely at your own risk, the company will not be responsible for any accidents, damage, loss, or death from these activities.
By UAE law, pregnant ladies, anyone with back or neck pain, heart problems or other serious medical complaints and infants (under 3 years old) are not allowed during the dune bashing activity by car. (If this conditions are applicable to you, please contact our Consultant to customize your tour)

What To Expect
Dubai
Get ready for your Half day desert safari Dubai as our guide picks you from your selected location or hotel. Board our 4WD vehicle that will take you to the desert. Once you reach the Lahbab desert, be welcomed into an air-conditioned tent with refreshments (Arabic tea/coffee with dates) take a small break for 20-25 minutes, make use of restroom, or even opt for a quad bike drive, while your vehicle ready for the off-road drive with adjusted tyre pressures.
Next, seat comfortably for the dune bashing session. Enjoy the rhythm of the vehicle riding over the sand dunes and feel the adrenaline rush! After around 30-45 minutes of dune bashing, click as many photos you want and relax for some time before you proceed for sand surfing (sandboarding). First, follow the instructions of your guide before you climb up and down the sandbanks on your board. As you surf over the sands, you will find this quite funny and unique! Next, stop for a camel ride in the open desert. Later, relax in an air-conditioned tent and enjoy soft drinks and Arabic tea or coffee with dates.

2.00To be clear, half day means 2 hours of roundtrip transportation and less than 2 hours of activities. The driver, nice guy, spoke less than 20 words to over 2 hours. We stopped on the way at a gross shop. The quads were ridden inside of an enclosure not open desert. The camel ride is an oval, you ride out about 100 meters, take a picture, and go right back. The sand surfing was a bunch of people sledding or boarding down a huge sand hill on top of one another. The dessert 4 wheeling was harrowing especially since 1 person's seatbelt didn’t work. It got us out of the city, that was something. Not very professional, not what we have come to expect from a Viator vendor.

We were a little worried that our child might be scared, but the driver was fantastic — driving over the dunes was unforgettable! Thank you for the excellent driving, the fun atmosphere, and for giving our child a beautiful headband like an Arab princess — it was so sweet and thoughtful. There was plenty of water, coffee, and everything we needed — everything was very well organized. The driver was very friendly and attentive. He picked us up and dropped us off on time, with no delays. We really enjoyed everything! Especially the dune rides and desert safari — it was truly unforgettable. Thank you so much for a wonderful day!
