Participants must be over 14 years old and should have basic driving knowledge. Those aged 13 and under are not permitted to ride.
We highly recommend having international travel insurance, as self-driving activities carry inherent risks that may lead to serious injury. Coverage for such incidents is typically provided only through your personal insurance.
The quad biking segment is solely the participant's responsibility. Any damage, injuries sustained or items lost during the quad tour are not covered by insurance
The participant MUST pay the amount for any damages due to the usage of buggy/ATVs.
All participants must sign an indemnity form before the tour
For the Sharing Bike option, a minimum of 2 passengers is required. If there is a solo traveler or an odd number of participants in the group, an additional charge will apply
The duration is approximately 6 hours, including a quad bike tour of around 60 minutes
Pickup will be 45min prior to your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time
Please note that if your skin is sensitive to henna, it is advised not to do it.
The 11:30 AM time slot includes a lunch buffet but does not feature the Star Gazing or Fire Show, as these are part of the evening program.
Casual, loose fitting clothing is recommended in the summer, along with a jacket in the winter
Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.
Everything listed in the Inclusions is part of the tour and is covered in the price.
Camel Ride: Children below 12 years of age cannot ride alone and must be accompanied by an adult.
Quad Bike: Children below 16 years cannot ride on their own and must be accompanied.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept that some activities involve inherent risks and unforeseen incidents, and adequate travel and health insurance is strongly recommended for your safety and financial protection. Recommended Age for Self-Driving Activities: Sandboarding: 12-50 years, Quad Biking: 16–50 years. Animal-related activities (company not responsible for uncontrollable natural behaviour of animals): Camel Ride (Recommended age: 12–50 years) Falcon, Horse Riding.
Helmets & safety gear are highly recommended where applicable, and participation is entirely at your own risk, the company will not be responsible for any accidents, damage, loss, or death from these activities.

What To Expect
Dubai
Get picked up from your hotel in Dubai and travel in an air-conditioned vehicle to the Red dunes desert. Upon arrival, relax in an air-conditioned tent with Arabic tea, coffee, and dates.
Begin your adventure with an exhilarating 60-minute quad biking experience across the dunes. First, attend a safety briefing from your instructor and gear up with the provided protective equipment. Then, feel the adrenaline as you ride over the silky sandbanks, capturing stunning desert photos along the way. Afterward, try sandboarding—strap on your board and glide down the dunes under expert guidance for even more excitement.

We had an absolutely five-star experience, and a big part of that was because of Asim Jan, who was an incredibly good, solid, and energetic guide. He showed us everywhere, gave us all the details, explained everything clearly, and just kept delivering great vibes and information the entire time. You could really feel how experienced and passionate he is about his work. We did ATV riding, sandboarding, camel riding, and everything was perfectly organized and super fun. The activities were exciting, well managed, and felt safe from start to finish. On top of that, the food was five-star quality, absolutely delicious. Overall, everything was very good and very well organized, and Asim Jan truly made the experience special. Huge praise to him for going above and beyond – I would 100% recommend Ocean Air Travels, especially if you get Asim Jan as your guide! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

5.00We were lucky to have Tahir as our guide for our tour. He made the tour fun but also made sure we were safe while doing each activity. He helped us with the quads since I was nervous driving. After his instruction and guidance I felt like a pro driving it. Had a blast. He explained each area of the 2nd camp and made sure we were taken care of. Enjoyed the entire trip. If you have the option, ask for Tahir, he was great!

5.00I went to this activity by myself and had an amazing day. Our guide Hashim took very good care of the group and made sure we all had a memorable experience. The ride in the dunes, sandboarding, camel ride, great dinner, fire show, horse show and live music. I highly recommend.

5.00This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our guide Salman Khan was excellent and made the day even better. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, cheerful, and interesting to spend the day with. He helped us Quad Bike properly through the twists, turns, and sand dunes of the desert. He picked us up at our hotel, notified us of all the information ahead of time, and took us to our first stop where we enjoyed fresh juice, got outfitted in head scarves (you can choose to purchase the scarves) and helmets (helmets are included), and then hit the Quad Bike trail. It's also a good idea to wear sunglasses but the visor on the helmet helps keep the sand out of your eyes as well. It's easy and fun and a beginner can do it with a little courage, although it takes some strength to maneuver the vehicle and afterwards we were tired! Salman stopped along the trail to give us great photo opportunities among the dunes. We also tried our hand at dune surfing small hills, which was hard but fun and it doesn't hurt at all if you fall in the sand because it's very fine and soft. I'm almost sixty and I tried all this. Although climbing back up dune is a lot harder than gping down it. But Salman helped us with that, too. Then we drove to the picturesque desert camp and rode camels adorned in fun bright colors. It's a short trip around a sandy part of the camp but it was fun and the camels were very docile and the camel operators were helpful and took pictures. Then we had a really good dinner buffet, got henna tattoos, danced traditional dances, watched a fireshow and then a horse show exhibiting beautiful Arabian horses. There was also a fine peregrine falcon we had the opportunity to hold and photograph. Unfortunately we couldn't do the star gazing because it was a cloudy evening, which is a shame because the stars from the desert are supposed to be stunning. But you can't help the weather. Everything else was lovely. Salman returned us to our hotels and we had a truly bucketlist experience. We highly recommended this desert experience. It's a fantastic combination with the Quad bikes, the camels, the food, the coffee & tea sampling, and the shows. Definitely do it. You will be enriched by this unique combination experience.

5.00Absolutely worth it. Such a fun time with the tour company. Salman was our guide and he had such good energy, sharing about Dubai and the culture throughout the drive to the dessert area. He was also our ATV guide. He took time to ensure all the tour participants were comfortable. The company managing this is legit and quite big. Had a good time on this tour and would definitely recommend.
