Mina the tour guide is phenomenal! Mina knew everything, not just the history of Japan and the sights we saw, but even how to get back to our hotel via the metro. The entire tour was fabulous and diverse, but I surprised myself with how much I enjoyed and appreciated the tea experience. I highly recommend this tour, and I hope Mina Will be your tour guide.

A really fine full-day experience in Tokyo. Best value for your money. We love everything about this tour from authentic matcha tea experience to a premium buffet at Hilton Hotel (all the food there tasted so fine!) . The relaxing symphony cruise and ending the tour with a 360 view at the Tokyo Tower was so top-notch! You will get more value with this trip. My mom and I truly enjoyed this tour and we have made the best decision to choose this for day 1. Our tour guide Mr Atsushi was an excellent guide and gave us a lot of stories about history, culture, and the lifestyle of Tokyo. He also made sure none of us are left and looked for us just in case we’ve lost the way. He is so helpful and have a sense of humor. We couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you Mr Atsushi and Hato Bus.

This was my first time joining a Hato Bus tour, and it was a fantastic experience! The choice of sightseeing spots was excellent, and the lunch buffet at the Hilton was absolutely delicious. The itinerary was full of variety and never boring. On top of that, our guide, Atsushi, was wonderful. His witty and engaging commentary added so much to the experience. He not only explained each location clearly but also shared interesting cultural and historical insights throughout the day. Thanks to this, I had a truly memorable and enjoyable day. Thank you so much!

Atsushi, our tour guide engaged well will our group of 40. His informative dialogue was interesting and his sense of humour brought a smile to most if not all of the group. The day included 5 stops plus one for lunch. We saw a number of historic sites, went up the Tokyo Tower and had a 45 minute tour on a boat and a tea experience all of which were enjoyable. The only downside to the tour and this is only my opinion thee was too much shopping time. Overall an enjoyable tour guided by Atsushi

It was a lot of fun. Despite the short amount of time we spent traveling around, it didn't seem rushed, and I think the time allocation of the guides was very good. I was a little frustrated that the foreign tourists were enjoying the jokes of the guides, because although they had taken part in the event by studying English, they could barely hear it. I would like to learn more English and join another tour led by Atsushi. Thank you very much for the driver's lovely smile.
