Riding an Ebike around Lake Estes is one of the most popular things to do in Estes Park. You're almost guaranteed to encounter elk along the way and the beautiful views are around every corner.
The bike path starts at Backbone Adventures and loops right back to us. Bring the whole family, we have kids bikes, tag alongs, and toddler carts. Don't forget your phone. You're going to find all kinds of picture points.

What To Expect
Your bikes are high quality with peddle assist and thumb throttle. We provide helmets and maps if you want to ride off the bike path or around town. We also provide lessons to help understand operation and every feature of the bike. You can add on a Berly Kazoo tag along bike if your child isn't tall enough for a bike or you can add on a Berly Bee cart that can accommodate 1 - 2 toddlers.

5.00This was a great adventure. Five adults and two children. Had no idea about ebikes and loved it. Wonderful scenery and a great time had by all. The ebikes are great and will definitely do them again.

5.00We had a beautiful 2 hour tour around the lake and beyond. I found the tutorial excellent, patient and very helpful, as we (seniors) had never ridden E-bikes before and would definitely do again. This next part is what we found to be above and beyond! We have our own 4 Wheel drive and was planning some off Roading in the area. Two girls (can’t remember their names, 9/8) were very happy to give us suggestions on which trails to take, the difficulty level and maps. Those young ladies know their stuff! When we arrived at Johnny Park on 9/10, and there was a employee from Backbone Adventures, he pointed us in the right direction and happily answered our many questions with a big smile on his face! The only critique I would have is Parachute Hill (map indicates easy) in Johnny Park is the most technically difficult. Nonetheless, fun, fun, fun! I encourage you all to watch Andy‘s YouTube videos, very informative and he grew up in Estes Park. Bravo!

5.00We really enjoyed the e-bike ride around Lake Estes. Our bikes were comfortable and easy to handle, and the views were beautiful! Thanks to all the staff at Backbone that helped us get set up - very friendly and helpful! And did I mention a free icecream treat at the end? Home run!
