Great tour! Plenty to see/visit in the full day tour. Our guide Jay is knowledgeable and good at sharing interesting information about the park and the animal residents. The bikes are great. Sturdy, good working order, plenty of battery power for the entire day's trip...with plenty to spare. Ebikes are a great way to maximize the sites you can visit in a day, without the hurry up and wait traveling by car experiences. Our tour included lunch, which was tasty and more food than most of us could eat. Included in the tour was a radio and ear bud, so our guide could talk to us, point out animals and other things of interest while we rode. Great idea!

We booked 2 tours with Jay and were so impressed with his leadership on both tours. He is extremely well -prepared and gives information about the park as well as stories. On the bike-hike to Osprey Falls, Jay gave each of us a pair of walking sticks and showed us how to use them effectively. We had an unexpected lightning storm Jay provided emergency ponchos and found a safe place for us to hunker down. We highly recommend any tour he leads!

We went on the Geyser tour with Jay. What a fantastic biking, hiking, and touring experience. Started out at the Old Faithful geyser and then proceeded to several spots within the park. Jay's knowledge and experience was amazing; and he also incorporates head sets so the entire time biking he is able to share stories and information about the park. We were only in Yellowstone a couple of days but would definitely go back and do some of the other tours offered.

If you're looking to ditch the car and experience Montana in a whole new way, Big Sky E-Bike Tours is the move! Our schedule didn’t line up with a guided tour, so we opted for a full-day rental...and it was awesome. Suzanne was fantastic from the start....super helpful, friendly, and full of local tips. She walked us through the map, pointed out the best stops along the way, and set us up for a great ride. After a full day of exploring, we followed her recommendations for drinks at Iron Horse and dinner at Antlers Bar & Grill...both were spot-on and hit the spot after biking all day! We had a group of 10, from teens to adults, and everyone had a blast. My kids ranked it in their top 3 favorite things we did the whole trip. If you’re in Montana and want a fun, scenic, and unique experience, definitely book with Suzanne...you won’t regret it!

The four of us (two, long time friend couples) had a great day with Jay! For two of us, it was our first e-Bike experience. Jay was an excellent tour guide with wealth of knowledge and numerous stories. We combined hiking and biking and a stop by the river for a delicious bag lunch (provided). The sites were amazing and included colorful geothermal pools, geysers, and water fall, plus numerous wildlife from afar. Thank you, Jay!

We really enjoyed the ebike tour of the geysers with Jay of Big Sky. Our group was two couples. One couple never ebiked prior, and Jay was attentive on initial orientation and gave direction on navigating the terrain throughout the ride. He kept us entertained with stories about Yellowstone. Enjoyed hearing about the science behind the geysers. Recommend ebiking to see the Yellowstone geysers from Old Faithful, up to the Grand Prismatic Spring, it made it easier to see all. Lunch was provided. Ate it while sitting, overlooking a river, with a pair of sandhill cranes and a small herd of bison on the other side. Gotta love Yellowstone!

Amazing bike tour of Yellowstone geysers and hot springs with Jay! Our family of 5 found the E-Bikes easy to learn to use, a blast to ride, and the best way we could have moved from one sight to the next. Jay was full of knowledge about all of our stops, and I bet there were a few stories he told us that no one else could have. Suzanne was very accommodating with packed lunches, including one of us with a food allergy. I would highly recommend this tour and would definitely sign up for another when we come back to Yellowstone.

Big Sky E Bikes provided our family with an unforgettable adventure through Yellowstone, and our guide Jay was exceptional. His deep knowledge of the area's history, geysers, and wildlife added immense value to our trip. Jay's expertise made the natural wonders come alive, and his passion for the region was infectious. Riding through the park on e-bikes was both exhilarating and educational, thanks to Jay's engaging storytelling and insightful commentary. We highly recommend Big Sky E Bikes and Jay for anyone looking to explore Yellowstone in a unique and enriching way.

We spent two days with Jay and they were fabulous. We did the Geyser Basin tour and the Ride and Soak. On the Geyser Basin tour, we were able to go to an area that is closed to cars so we were the only ones on this road. We ate lunch next to a beautiful volcanic-like geyser and saw very cool thermal pools. Jay is a wealth of knowledge about the area and presents the information in an engaging manner. You will wear a headset on the ride and he talks during (almost) the entire ride! We also did the Bike and Soak. The scenery was beautiful and the soak at the end was delightful.

Jay and Jen were amazing! 1st time e-bike rider and I was a little nervous but it was a blast. They explain the process and bike was fun! I hit 20mph! The trail was scenic, lunch by the lake delicious and best part, hot springs soak afterwards to relax and cool off. Worth every penny! Must do!
