1.00There was no coherence between the questions and information about the location. The wrong login was sent, and no one could be reached via chat/mail. Very unclear instructions to start, and some questions/answers were no longer correct/current. The website for the guide was quite user unfriendly. Overall really bad price/quality ratio unfortunately...

5.00My work discount travel program mess up the dates on my stay and was only concern was not refunding my money the good staff at Embassy Suites in Brunswick GA took good care of my family I had to pay again but they match the rate I had and was able to have a good 4th with family I came to visit and the Suite was great.

1.00Seeing all the positive feedback, we chose this track game to celebrate our dad’s birthday as a family. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We had opted for the French version, but the translation was catastrophic: the sentences were often incomprehensible, making the puzzles very difficult to follow. We quickly lost track of the game. In addition, one of the questions referred to an element of the set that no longer exists, making the answer untraceable. This gives the impression that the course is not maintained or updated regularly. We are very frustrated that we have paid 31 euros for an activity that seemed botched and unfinished. It’s a shame, because the concept is interesting and the city of Ghent lends itself well. Updating content and quality translation would be essential to provide a better experience.

5.00Fantastic tour with a lot of interesting things to know. Easy way to see and know a lot of beautiful places, more then when you are doing it on your own. Also a fantastic service: when you have problems with your code to start, the assistent chat solves the problem immediately.

4.00nice that you get to know the city in an interactive way. It took us about 3-4 hours, so it was a nice afternoon filling program. We let our 7-year-old son find the walking route with our smartphone, that way it was fun for him too!
