5.00Excellent experience! Our guide David was extremely knowledgeable, personable and able to skilfully adapt to changing circumstances. Our scheduled Thames cruise was postponed - through no fault of David or his company - and he immediately thought of an amazing historical church within a very short walking distance, where we received an amazing tour of its basement museum. That filled the time perfectly until the cruise.

5.00Great tour for all the first-timers in London. This is the tour to start your London introduction, as you will get a great summary of the most important city parts, the City of London, plus the Westminster area. Added value is definitely the early morning opening ceremony and being among the few people who get to see the Chief Yeoman Warder pass the keys in the nightly Ceremony of the Keys at the Tower of London. This also means you are the first visitors to enter the Tower of London, and most definitely, you will avoid the crowds. Not to mention the River Thames short cruise to connect the two parts of the city, with great views from the boat. The guide was great, informative, but not in an old-fashioned way. He gave us just the right balance of history and curiosities. Strongly recommended.

5.00Great tour that gave a good overview of a lot of London. Seeing the Crown Jewels and the opening ceremony without a big crowd was definitely a plus. Babs was a friendly and informative tour guide.

5.00Fantastic tour, our guide Nathan was amazing and knowledgeable and truly passionate about history and The Tower, we got to watch the Beefeater’s military opening ceremony with the keys, were inches from the ravens (so cool we saw them up close-our guide knew their names) -he was incredibly smart and had the best stories. We saw the Tower nearly empty- unheard of- early access to crown jewels, (empty!!) more ravens and empty walkways and empty armory-just plenty of time to wander and see all on our own- before any crowds appeared!!! THEN he met us by the exit and we had a boat down the Thames on the clipper, lovely- THEN a stroll from the boat under Big Ben, all around Parliament and info on all the buildings and statues and pubs. (If we had done this on our own (it is possible) we’d have been clueless and lost and wasted so much time. After the clipper, he got us to Buckingham palace, and he gave cool lunch recommendations!! All this done by 1pm. Totally worth waking up early for this. We had full jet lag and we were up at 5am anyway (you will be too), so we saw all of the ‘must sees’ without any stress. Truly a deal and worth it.
