Discover the iconic sites on the outer walls such as Traitor’s Gate and Tower Hill with your guide before entering the complex to explore one of Britain’s most historic buildings at your own pace. 5.00This tour was a very pleasant surprise, particularly with kids. Our guide, Nathan, had outstanding knowledge and was exceptionally entertaining. The Tower itself was far more interesting than I expected with loads of interactive features to help you understand context. The Crown Jewels were a highlight but the whole castle had a wealth of exhibits to roam. The next stop was up the river in Westminster. We took a boat on the Thames to get there which I must have missed in the tour description because it was a really fun surprise for all of us. It’s a great way to take in large swaths of the city at once. The remainder of time is a lot of walking so I’d recommend taking some snacks, water, and your most comfortable shoes.

5.00This tour was very comprehensive. Our guide,Jeremy, was full of interesting facts and historical references. He really brought English history alive. We walked a great deal and as we walked and when we paused he made sure to give us valuable information on what we were seeing , its historical importance and how it fit into its times. I would recommend this tour highly.

5.00We booked this tour onlune as one of our first activities as we were very excited to see the Tower and ride the boat on the Thames which gives you a fabulous view of the key locations from the river. We were very lucky to have Babs as our guide. She is a Londoner who is knowledgeable about all things London. She helped get the best spots in lines, positions for viewing the opening ceremony , and answered all of our questions. Oh and because I missed the meeting location because I didn't read all of the information in the Viator listing, she didn't abandon me...she stayed abd made sure she found us. We were so appreciative. Highly recommend this experience!

5.00We had an excellent tour with Babs. I would note that if you plan to spend an extensive amount of time at the Tower of London, you might have to return on your own as there is about 2 hours allotted to spend looking around but this was enough time for us to see the Crown Jewels and the major exhibits/towers. Meeting a Beefeater and being the first group into the Crown Jewels was very nice. Babs also made sure we got to catch the Changing of the Guard and the boat ride was great. Very informative.
