As Komodo National Park now limits visitors to 1,000 people per day, entry slots are limited and fill quickly. To secure your visit, we will pre-book your entry using our own funds, with a total park fee of IDR 450,000 per person (IDR 250,000 SIORA fee reimbursed upon arrival and IDR 200,000 ranger fee paid in cash on arrival). We will first request your approval, and once confirmed, proceed with the booking. Please note that while our tour is free to cancel up to 24 hours before departure, the SIORA ticket is non-refundable and must still be reimbursed once booked, except in cases of bad weather where the Harbor Master does not allow sailing to the park.
If you are catching an afternoon flight after the tour, please bring your luggage with you and store it in the shuttle car. The same car will take you straight to the airport once the tour ends. Since you will not return to the hotel, towels are not available to borrow, so please bring your own.
Guests planning to bring a drone to Komodo National Park must inform us at least 5 days in advance, hold a valid drone flying certification, and obtain a permit costing 2.5 million rupiah, which we must pay upfront and can be reimbursed upon your arrival. Please let us know if you’d like our assistance.
All departures are subject to approval from the Harbor Master. Weather conditions such as rain alone do not determine cancellation. As long as the Harbor Master confirms that conditions are safe and grants permission to sail, the tour will proceed as scheduled. However, if conditions are deemed unsafe and permission is not granted, the tour will be cancelled and a full refund will be provided.

What To Expect
Labuan Bajo
We will pick you up at around 5:25 AM (depending on your hotel location). Please be ready in your hotel lobby and make sure your WhatsApp is active so our team can easily reach you if needed. Following a smooth check-in process, you will be escorted to board our speedboat, departing promptly before 6:00 AM from Labuan Bajo, ensuring an early and comfortable start to your experience.
Padar Island
Your journey begins at the iconic Padar Island, about 75 minutes by speedboat from Labuan Bajo. Famous for its dramatic hills and the rare view of three colored beaches—white, pink, and black—Padar offers one of Indonesia’s most breathtaking landscapes. As we arrive, enjoy stunning views of rugged coastlines and turquoise waters. A hike of approximately 815 well-maintained steps leads to the main viewpoint. The climb is manageable at your own pace, with rest stops along the way. At the top, you’ll be rewarded with a spectacular panoramic view—one of the highlights of Komodo National Park and a perfect spot for unforgettable photos. Please wear walking shoes, bring a hat, reef-safe sunscreen, and stay hydrated.

An unforgettable day on Komodo

5.00My brother an I were on a scuba diving holiday in Bali and decided to also explore Komodo for one day. The Early Bird Tour was the best option. The organisation was perfect. I contacted them per e-mail in advance and they answered promptly. They picked us up at the hotel on Flores at 5.20 in the morning. The tour started with a hike on Padar Island. The view from the top of the hill was breathtaking. From there we continued to Pink Beach, which is very beautiful and then on to Komodo Island where we took a one hour walk accompanied by two National Park Rangers. We saw five beautiful large Komodo Dragons! Afterwards we had lunch, which was very good indeed. After a relaxing swim on Taka Makassar Island we enjoyed drift snorkeling at Manta Point and Pulau Siaba Besar: beautiful coral reefs with lots of fish and two Manta Rays! Then back to Flores, the good thing was that the Early Bird Tour ended around 3/4PM, so there was enough time to catch the evening flight back to Bali. Of course they dropped us of at the airport. We highly recommend this tour! It starts early in the morning before the crowds arrive and the boat crew and guides are very friendly and competent. Many thanks to the crew for making this an unforgettable day!!!

5.00✨ Fantastic full day trip! Starting the day early was definitely worth it to avoid the crowds. Our guides were the best - friendly, informative, , and attentive. Special shoutout to our lead guide Heri :) We managed to see pink & black beaches 🩷🖤🏝️ ,black-fin sharks 🦈, at least 5 Komodo dragons lizard 🦎, the most beautiful corals 🪸 , and various species of fish 🐠 🐟 .

5.00The early start is good for this tour because we got to a few different spots first. There are lots of boats that do the same tour so it was nice to have a little time by yourself for a short time. Our guide Hugo was great! He was a good photographer and very funny. The guides in the Komodo park were also very good and the snorkeling was unreal, even though we didn't see any Mantas we seen turtles, baby sharks and thousands of reef fish.

5.00This was a very well run tour from the start of the booking process right through to the end of the tour. They made contact after booking to explain about the tour and then gave reminders in the lead up to the tour. The tour itself was excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and experienced. The early departure meant we were never amongst crowds. We had views to ourselves and avoided walking in the hottest part of the day. The snorkelling is wonderful. The area is so clean and clear with lots of schools of fish, turtles, etc. We were lucky to see about 10 or so Komodo dragons and deers in the water/on the beach. The pink beach and the Sandbar are stunning sites. Highly recommended!

5.00Amazing experience - can only recommend! The speedboat starts earlier than others, therefore you are avoiding the crowds which are coming in after which we highly appreciated because it’s getting crowded! We saw mantas, turtles, a lot of fish while snorkling as well as the komod dragons, so it’s a good mixture between island hopping and snorkeling.

4.00We had a very good time on this trip. The tour guide, Hugo, and everyone on the crew were great. My wife has some mobility issues, and the crew were very helpful assisting her on and off the boat. The snorkeling was great, saw plenty of fish and coral, along with a sea turtle and Manta. There were probably 16 in the group which seemed good for the size of the boat. They had plenty of bottled water on board. Hugo kept reminding everyone to put on sunscreen, which is definitely needed. The stop for lunch seemed a little too long but other than that the trip length was good.

Our boat was vey good, we arrived in all locations very early so we have shared many spots with only very few people.
