Overly expensive private transfer with misinformation

1.00This is only a two way transfer trip without a tour guide. While Grab offers two way trip not more than VND 800,000, this package charged us SGD 172, which is more than 7 times of the fee. There is misinformation on the ticket which specifies included English Tour Guide but at the end of the description again specifies "tour guide not included".
