Ben was a great guide, and the punny jokes kept things fun. We had a great overall tour of the tower grounds, but we did not go into every tower area as a group. However, we were given time to explore the grounds on our own more after the tour was complete.

Our guide was fabulous however, I ran around an hour before try to find a place to pick up our tickets. The directions you give on picking up the tickets is completely incorrect. So with that said it was stressful and the last thing I want on my vacation is additional stress. So for that reason I would not book with Viator again.

A wonderful day! Warren was a fabulous guide. This day was the highlight of our trip to London. He was informative and interesting. There was a lot of interesting history he told us about that we would not have otherwise known, and he was able to show us the highlights of the Tower and advise us about other highlights to visit when the tour was over. Go early, because we spent an additional 4 hours there on our own after the tour. A perfect day!
