What To Expect
The Marble Mountains
Marble Mountains Danang is a group of five limestone mountains in Vietnam. This destination is not only a tourist attraction but also a Buddha worship site. Marble Mountains is a natural masterpiece bestowed to the land of Da Nang. With the harmonious beauty of the ecological area and the spiritual and cultural life, this destination attracts a lot of visitors. According to Cham legend, one day a dragon flew to Non Nuoc beach and laid an egg there. After a long time, the egg hatched and a beautiful girl stepped out of the egg. The egg shell was broken into 5 pieces that became the five magical mountains as we see today. In 1825, emperor Minh Mang named this mountain complex Marble Mountains, which means “Ngu Hanh Son” in Vietnamese. Each mountain was named after one of the five elements of Eastern philosophy: metal, water, fire, wood and earth. These names remain unchanged until now, and Marble Mountains have become a natural attraction with many majestic peaks, caves and temples.

5.00Very well organised and would highly recommend. The Hai Van Pass is beautiful, and the stops along the way are very interesting. While the lunch is not included, it was good value, with great scenery and amazing seafood. Our drivers Den and Min were also great!

5.00My guide Luc was very friendly, and amazing at taking pictures! I got to see the Hai Van pass, drive past the coastline, mountains, and rice fields all while feeling the breeze on an exhilarating motorbike ride. We made several stops to see the beach, mountains, old bunkers, the famous Hai Van gate, and a waterfall with the clearest and most refreshing that you can swim in. Most importantly, I felt safe despite initially being nervous about riding on the back of a motorcycle. Luckily made sure I was safe and comfortable and I wore a helmet at all times. I definitely recommend anyone coming to Da Nang/Hoi An to experience this full day excursion.

5.00This was a highlight of our trip so far. We felt very safe with all of our drivers. They gave us regular stops to stretch our legs and stopped at interesting locations. We experienced swimming at waterfalls to cool off and enjoyed a beautiful lunch at a seaside location. The Hai Van pass was exhilarating and nail biting... soo much fun... would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who wants to experience something a bit different and see something off the tourist track. Thank you so much!!

5.00Dan was superb. He made me feel very relaxed from the get go. This is the best way to get between the cities with bags strapped to the bike, enjoy the mountain pass and also see some of the other highlights on the way. The scenery is very picturesque and the spots selected to stop at are top notch. Would highly recommend.

5.00This was a wonderful tour ... truly the highlight of my stay in Da Nang. Trong, my guide extraordinaire, was full of great information and took me to so many beautiful, meaningful, and interesting places all over the coast and the mountains surrounding Da Nang. Breathtaking temples and places to explore, a great coffee shop, and a wonderful place to swim at the end of the day ... this and more were all included with this awesome tour. And of course, the best part was the ride on that motorcycle. Hands down amazing! If you are thinking about this tour, don't hesitate. Just book it. I don't think you will find a better tour company to facilitate a fabulous day. I was so fortunate to get their very best as my tour guide ... thank you, Trong!
