James was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable about town history, landmarks, and forest trees. I wish the ride had been along a dedicated bike trail instead of a road, but cars were quite sparse, so that was all right. Lovely views and beautiful forests. The only downside was the pouring rain on the ride back.

I choose this company after emailing several to ensure that my partner's 6'4" height and my need for a step thru bike could both be accommodated. Iride responded right away and allowed for a dialogue to ensure that this was the best fit. We met the van driver just a few steps from where we disembarked and were taken away to a lovely bike ride and short hike. The two tour guides were terrific. One was retired from the US Forest Service and the other on a gap year before college. They were informative, engaging, and at times humorous. We would have liked a longer bike ride (it is 10 miles), but that wasn't an available option and we almost didn't sign up. The 1 mile hike was plenty for us. Really glad we decided to go ahead. It was a lovely outing and we learned a lot about the region. There were riders of different sizes, ages and abilities... two that reported that they hadn't biked in 20 years... everyone appeared to enjoy themselves.

In spite of the rain, E-biking with the beautiful scenery in Juneau was amazing. RJ & Phoenix were great.

Shorter ride than I expected but still a fun time. The guides were great and the bikes were very easy to operate. Beautiful day with Mendenhall Glacier across the bay in a distant view.

It wasn't quite as we had imagined. We pictured riding along a pathway through the forest areas. Instead, we rode along the highway, stopped once or twice to take pictures, then one last stop to take a quick hike on foot. It was nice, but a little under-whelming.

Merrick and James did an excellent job. They considered all riders skill levels and were helpful to those less skilled. They provide good insight on the local history and culture. The forest walk provided a good education in fauna in the region.

My Hubby & I were on a cruise to Alaska and I booked us on this adventure. The bike ride was perfect to exercise some of the cruise cuisine off. We saw glaciers, otters, and the rainforest was spectacular. Clay and Darin were very knowledgeable and I would do this trip again with them for sure! This is a must do in Juneau! Note to Clay, Hubby had a great trip to Kodiak and saw a LOT of bears. Made it home safe & sound😁
