What To Expect
After you make your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the essential pick-up information. The day before your transfer, we’ll send you the details of your driver and vehicle so you know exactly who to expect. After completing your booking, please contact us to confirm whether your transfer is from Edinburgh Airport or Edinburgh city centre, and provide the full pick-up and drop-off addresses. For airport collections, kindly also include your flight number and scheduled arrival time to ensure timely service. Your professional driver will meet you at the designated pick-up point — whether at Edinburgh Airport or your selected location — and assist you with your luggage before commencing your comfortable one-way transfer to your destination. Please note that Meet & Greet inside the arrivals hall is not included as standard. This service can be arranged in advance for an additional £25, payable directly to the driver.

5.00What a great service! Easy booking, excellent communication, great value for money, safe, smooth. Kate picked me up at the airport for a late Saturday evening transfer to Cupar. She bent over backwards to be helpful. I was tired and not feeling 100% so it was great to have such a perfect way of getting home after my holiday. I would definitely recommend Cabair.

5.00Excellent communication from CabAir ahead of airport transfer, then direct communication with the driver via WhatsApp before the pickup. The driver (Ahmet) was very friendly and gave us a mini-tour of Edinburgh on the way to hotel. Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Price was reasonable for private driver pickup.

5.00CabAir provided an excellent experience from start to finish. They picked us up from EDI airport right on time and were just as reliable for our return. Booking ahead online was quick and easy, which made everything stress-free. The driver was patient while we found our way, incredibly helpful with luggage, and the car was spotless and fresh. The ride felt safe and comfortable, with great local knowledge and friendly conversation along the way. Honestly more pleasant than typical Ubers or cabs—highly recommend!

5.00Our driver Katy was amazing - she called me and my daughter and talked us in on how to find her. She was polite friendly and courteous - she offered my daughter some sweets when she coughed and some tissues - just extra attentive and when my daughter stated to sing a song on the radio she turned it up for her - she was lovely and delivered us to my mums in luxury and care - thank you so much for this lovely start to our trip.
