This was a fun, fact-filled tour. Robert was entertaining and very knowledgable about the history of Scotland and the monarchs. We had time at the end of his tour to explore the various buildings and museums inside the castle. Highly recommend!

David was a great guide with good, accurate historical knowledge (had an a level history student in our group!) and kept us all interested and tried to find spots out of the wind. We really enjoyed the war museum but he was correct probably not everyone’s cup of tea! Great afternoon trip with teens!

Excellent tour! James is a history teacher and his specialty is medieval weaponry. His tour was informative and interesting. He tossed in a few jokes and really knew his history! (Braveheart with Mel Gibson is rubbish by the way!) James was excited about teaching us new things and his enthusiasm was infectious! Outstanding tour overall!!

We had a great tour of Edinburgh Castle last week guided by Laura, who covered a lot of historical groud in an engaging, entertaining way. She really took the time to answer questions the group had, and gave some excellent recommendations for things in the city as well. All in all, highly recommended!
