All-star tours were a 5-star experience. Toni was a wonderful guide, bringing life to the castle tour. She marinated history, stories, humor , and knowledge expertly, all while being clear, loud enough, and delivering it in a personal way. A wonderful way to be able to then knowledgeably explore the castle after the tour! Highly recommended.

Excellent tour. Joe was probably one of the best guides we've ever had rhe pleasure to be shown around by. Funny, yet very informative.

A lovely experience today from start to finish! The instructions for meet up point were clear, accurate, and started everything on an organized and positive note. Our guide, Toni (I believe that’s the spelling), was warm, engaging, personable, and clearly passionate about the material; the stories were shared compellingly and beautifully balanced historical context with the sort of perfectly selected details that anchor the new knowledge in specificity. My family and I loved this tour (5 stars all around) - thank you, Toni!

A great tour with Davy - very knowledgable - sense of humour - and was friendly with all on the tour. Respectful. Allowed plenty of time and conscious of those who were a bit more immobile. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Guide was knowledgeable in the castle tour. Answered many questions from people on the tour. Very informative! Only about 12 people on tour, not a large group.

Fun and lots of history from our tour guide, Robert. We did not intentionally book the tour for the 1:00 pm cannon shot but it was fun. That said, we traveled before high season and I image that it gets very crowded in the summer. Assuming so, I would booked early in the day or later afternoon and avoid the crowds.

We were traveling for the day, and I was with my elderly parents. We were late meeting the group, and they called to check in. They were so accommodating. Be aware that there is quite a bit of uphill walking, which proceed to be too much for my mom. But the tour guides helped us navigate how to get out of the castle and sat with her for quite a while in the cafe, so my dad and I could see a bit. The other tour guides helped us who was telling the stories and explaining the history was also top tier! Joe was very engaging and I could have listened to his stories all day.

The tour itself was excellent. Guide Toni was outstanding! But booking through Viator was a mistake. They gave me an address that I could not find and never told me the name of the tour operator. I spent 45 minutes walking up and down High Street. There was no one there at the address provided! If they had told me All Star Guides At St Giles Cathedral I would have found them easily
