My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our morning bike tour with Stuart. We covered a lot of ground (14.5 miles according to my Apple watch/map) and saw many sites in a fun and engaging manner. We opted for the pedal assist bikes and I would recommend this because there are definitely some hilly parts. Plus, why not give yourself a bit of juice while riding on vacation? I ride both a road bike and a pedal assist at home and found the bike to be easy to use. We did ride with traffic for very short sections, crossed busy intersections and rode on cobblestones. It is all part of the city experience and it was incredibly easy and safe to just follow Stuart. I would take this tour again and recommend it!

I admit, I was nervous about taking this tour, after 2 weeks in Edinburgh, and seeing how busy the streets were, and riding on the opposite side of the road. BUT, I said several prayers, and started pedaling. And I am so glad I did. We did this on our last day in Edinburgh, and it was a totally new perspective on the city, and surrounds. We never would have seen what we did by foot, or even by one of the tour busses. We chose the ebikes, and I was glad of that as well. It just gave us more time to focus on where we were rather than pedaling. This tour was the best souvenir I ever could have picked for our adventure in Scotland.

I would not recommend this tour for anyone. The tour stopped multiple times to repair the bikes, which were in terrible condition. The tour also stopped for the guide to chase after his dog on numerous occasions. We indicated upon booking that we wanted e-bikes, but the guide was short of them and we received normal bikes instead. After he got upset several times about us lagging behind, he finally stopped for 5 minutes to chew us out. After another mile he kicked us off the tour and chewed us out for needing to chain his bikes to a pole. We needed to pay for tram fare to return to the starting point. I've guided novice runners and bikers for decades and the first rule is you never leave anyone behind. This was the most arrogant, unprofessional tour leader I've ever encountered.

Ricky’s bicycle tour in Edinburgh was fantastic. It was an enjoyable tour from start to finish. The tour had a great combination of scenery, cultural and historic. My wife and I will do another tour with Ricky when we come back.

The trip was a great trip where we pass by many beautiful places. I would recommend taking electric bike as I took the hybrid one and it was too much for me. Thank you to our tour guide 🙏🏻

Ricky was very nice. His dog was a huge distraction! One of my friends almost hit the dog with her bike when the dog was running around! Riding through the city was kind of rough with traffic and lots of people! Riding through the parks was my favorite part!

Fun experience cycling through Edinburgh. Very nice guide and his assistance. I rented an e-bike but I would have done fine with a regular bike. Mostly a flat route.
