Nyssa was just a delight! I was traveling with my Scottish boyfriend so we were slightly wondering what we would gain that he didn't already know but it was a revelation. Lots of great information and very good quality Scottish food choices. A really enjoyable way to spend three hours getting to know the city.

The tour is very interesting and gives you insights of Scottish culture and cuisine. Our guide Madge was wonderful, we could ask as many questions as we wanted and she also had so much passion. The food is good however for the price I’d expect some more. I can’t complain though because the overall experience was amazing and I’d do it again if I had a chance.

I highly recommend this tour! All the food was delicious and the sites and history were both very interesting. Our guide, Nyssa was fantastic! She had a wealth of knowledge about the city of Edinburgh and its cuisine. On top of that, she provided great recommendations outside of the tour, that I never would have thought of myself.

My wife and I were on a vacation in Edinburgh. Our tour guide, joanne, was absolutely spectacular! She took us to great restaurants, including george the fourth, mimi's bake house, and a wonderful whiskey tasting house. She was so energetic, enthusiastic and is extremely knowledgable about food, walking us through each one of the meal's highlights and what to appreciate about each. Not only did we have great food and drink at each place, but I believe we came away with a greater depth and appreciation of Scottish culture as well. We would totally do this again. And this experience should be on everyone's trip here!
