Would highly recommend this tour if you have a spare day in Edinburgh! Steven B. knows his stuff — I enjoyed learning about the history and landscape of the Highlands as we drove, and I especially enjoyed the little features he pointed out, like the idyllic house between Glencoe and the Three Sisters, the bluebells in the forests, and the little tree growing out of a rock near the end of the last stop. His playlist of Scottish folk tunes is also bangin'. I will consider his other tours in the future if I get the chance to come back!

We had Steve B as our driver and he told us the most interesting stories of the history. He is quite the jokester and it was a delight to be in his company.

Experience The Highland 1-day tour from Edinburgh was a very enjoyable and memorable experience. The journey was well-paced, with stunning scenery throughout, and it gave a great taste of the Scottish Highlands in just one day. Admission fee The tour offered good value for money considering the distance covered, the locations visited, and the overall quality of the experience. Length of visit The duration was just right for a day trip—long enough to explore multiple highlights without feeling rushed or overly tiring. Atmosphere The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. The views were breathtaking, and the overall vibe of the trip made it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Crowd size The group size was comfortable—not too crowded, which made the experience more personal and enjoyable. Staff Our guide, Steven B, was fantastic. He was very friendly, easy-going, and made the trip even more enjoyable with his approachable nature and engaging commentary. Best for Perfect for anyone looking to explore the Highlands in a short time—especially first-time visitors or those wanting a stress-free day trip from Edinburgh. Overall Very satisfied with the experience and would strongly recommend this tour to others!

Our guide, Craig, was excellent and informative. A great experience as we got to see snow. A few stops in between which didn't make the drive boring.

Traveling with my sister for her first visit to Scotland, I chose a private tour. Arina was punctual at pick up, gave us plenty of history and information during the tour. We had many different stops along the way to enjoy the breathtaking views and the weather (wind, rain, sun and three rainbows). It was a long day but we didn’t feel it because of the beautiful sceneries. Shut out to our tour guide/driver Arina for the great job!! We wi be doing more tour with Highland Experience Tours: they are top notch!
