We took a short walk from the tour agency to the Eifel Tower. The group consisted of about 20 ppl. Our guide spoke in English and gave us some historical details about the Eifel Tower. Once she was done, the guide made a dash to one of the gates leading up to the tower. Due to the big crowds, our group got split up. Our guide left with the first group and the rest of us waited another 20 minutes to get to the 2nd floor of the tower. It would have been better if the guide had waited for all of us before she took the lift. She can do better to manage the group. Despite that, we throughly enjoyed our visit up the summit of the Eifel Tower. The views were breathtaking ❤️

The tour is great with fun historic points. The tour guide, Ami, was great! The wait at the tour lounge was a little long, but the group was quite large.

Although the lift was convenient the tour was short and the lift was too crowded with people pushing. Too expensive won’t do this again.! People that paid so much less experienced the same thing for a small price!

Do not be late!!!! We were late from traffic. Texted and called. Told to come and it would be fine. Arrived and told no and no refunds or exchanges for another day. Out $1,000. To be fair ticket says no refunds. We just wanted to do another day. Watched others arrive late and were accommodated . Disappointed
