Please note that a ticket is also required for children under 4 years old. Without a ticket, they will not be allowed to enter the Eiffel Tower. Please make sure to add it to your reservation when booking.

Busy but efficient to get to amazing views

5.00We couldnt get tickets directly so we ended up choosing a tour. Our guude, Alexander, was great. He organized our group efficiently and got us into the security. There are 2 check points before we got on the elevator to go up to the 2nd floor. The less you have the faster those go. I had a small back pack and had to empty it and they looked at everything and wanted to know what it was if not obvious. Hold on to your tickets, you'll have to get that scanned to get in after the 2nd security. Alexander spoke excellent English and had all the right information to share with a diverse group. It was a very nice visit. Remember, it's windy and still cold up there in March, dress appropriately.

5.00Emilio was on time and friendly. He shared some quick interesting facts about the Eiffel Tower. The tour of the tower itself was only guided up to the second floor. We had to take the elevator up on our own to the summit. But with our summit tickets we skipped the line and made it to the top much faster. Paris is simply gorgeous from the top of the Eiffel Tower. I would recommend the tour. I wish that there was an audio guide or pamphlet that you could read on your own to learn more about the history. At times it was hard to hear Emilio with the crowd. A mega phone would help to project the voices of the guides.
