  We had a lot of fun. The driver was very attentive, and so was the boat crew. Lunch was good as well, with a variety of seafood and pork/chicken and fruit. Big Lagoon stole the show, truly amazing!

  One of the reassons we got this tour is the pick up, after paying, the night before the trip they told us our hotel was far from the pick up radio (5m car from where the ship departed) The agency didn’t know we were going to go on the trip when we arrived there we waited and finally they add us to a 17 person tour… advicing before I was allergic to fish they made the mistake and I ended up eating white rice and half a banana… last and not least the trip was 3 times more expensive via viator than buying it at the tour office at the center of the town… Deceiving…

  My booking was a premium package with kayak and hotel pickup. Hotel pickup was declined because apparently our hotel was too far from downtown el nido, even though the hotel is listed in the dropdown list for pickups. There was no clear instructions on who to meet and where to meet. We had difficulty in looking for the place. When we finally found the meet-up point, the provider name is not even philippine divers. We learned from this other tour operator that our booking was just transferred to them and they are not the ones I was communicating with. We had to pay for our Kayak equipment even though it should be included in the package. When I tried to call and text them to clarify there was no prompt response. So we paid for the kayak equipment again. Although, at the end of the day they responded that they will reimburse the payment for the kayak. Lastly, the way the provider communicate was very unprofessional. Please do not ever use “dear” in your messages.

  Great tour. Our tour guide Jerry was most helpful in ensuring everyone had a good experience. The area is exquisite with crystal clear water & stunning mountain islands rising from the sea. Many thanks Jerry for a wonderful day trip.
