The sites are gorgeous. However the experience with the captain and tour guide was disastrous ! We met the coordinator of the tour on shore. He never warned us about rocks to get to the boat. When embarking at the port onto the boat, the captain kept the boat very far back, we all had to float/ swim over rocks just to get to the boat and several people injured. My husband and myself hit our feet against the rocks their knees against the ladder. When my husband told the guide why we we not told anything about rocks before taking people to the boat, instead of apologizing thé guide gave us an attitude snd completely checked out on us for the est of the tour. No more updates on where we stopped or anything. They changed the boat we went on was old and the stairway short. So anytime we needed to hop on the boat, you either needed help or your knees get injured. Two people on the boat got wounded on their knees hopping back on the boat. They changed the order of the itinerary, skipped stopping at payang beach ( which is supposed to be an hour snd a half stop). Lunch was insufficient for a group of over 20 people on the boat ! The sites are gorgeous but there are better operators to go with.

The tour spots were set-up perfectly, each stop had it's own beauty. The best part though was our tour guides, full of energy and provided great vibes. Excellent tour, I recommend to anyone visiting El Nido

This tour goes to several paradisiacal places, but I would like to exalt the Big Lagoon as it is the most beautiful place in the Philippines! I suggest taking a drone to take aerial images! Bring waterproof bag, as the boat does not leave the pier, and the tourist has to enter the sea to access the boat. If you can do a private tour!

Beautiful tour! We visited very beautiful places with perfect timing! The super friendly and always helpful cabin crew. They also helped us a lot with the child since for him the various excursions were quite challenging. Highly recommended!

I think the crew are amazing. The congestion at each of the stops was like waiting for a ride at Disneyland, I think the last stop at the beach was unnecessary, crowded and extremely difficult for the boat to load & unload.

We did both A and B and I can confidently say that A as 1000 times better. Our guides were professional and all bout safety (which was the exact opposite of the guides we had for tour B who didn't hold the ladder for people entering and existing the boat and I sustained an injury).

You get what you pay for when it comes to tours. Spend the extra cash - go private tour if possible! It’s a completely different experience. The TOUR Pros- it’s cheap - friendly staff Cons- long lines/wait times - getting into that boat from the shore can be challenging- buy a dry bag your going to need one. - lots of smoking on the boat from the crew members - waiting to the secret beach is a long wait and while you are waiting waves crash into you. only one person can enter at a time it takes a long time- there are other groups there too. - lunch was ok - each stopped felt rushed because you spent so much time waiting to get to what you had to do. We did Tour C private - BEST EXPERIENCE we ever had as a tour and finished 2 hours earlier. Wish we had done Tour A private if it was possible. Beautiful island!

Awesome experience helped by good weather and an enthusiastic local guide. Stunning day on the water with our guide more than happy to take videos and photos, including the best cringeworthy reels ever. The guide/captain tailored the day to accommodate timing and enjoyment, changing up the order of stops based on how busy each one was. We enjoyed snorkelling, squeezing through the rock gap for Secret Lagoon, swimming and exploring. Unfortunately didn’t see any turtles but that’s never guaranteed. Recommend bringing your own fins and snorkel; we were able to swim out further and see more because of the fins. The team were highly organised, fun and accommodating. This was the best of the two tours we did during our time in El Nido
