Avoid booking with CTPH Tour

Tour A itself was good and the local operator who ran the tour, Uni El Nido was excellent. However, CTPH Tours who appears to be a middle entity between the customer and company that actually runs the tours was terrible. It took CTPH until less than 24 hrs before the tour for them to reach out regarding a pick up time. Then it took multiple follow-ups in order to get a response and confirmation. Further I was advised of an incorrect pick up time, which was only discovered the morning of the tour after multiple attempts to contact CTPH tours following an apparent 45 minute delay in the pick up arrival, at which point they said they wrote the wrong pick up time. No apology or any attempt at rectifying the mistake was offered. There are many tour companies that run tour A - would recommend avoiding CTPH Tours and booking tour A through another company if you want prompt and/or attention to detail in customer service.

This trip really delivered. You don’t get days like this very often. Even in rainy season the weather was good. Stunning places to swim and snorkel. Great coral. Love the strict no littering policy. You won’t regret this very reasonably priced trip. Even with a couple of extra costs for entering the lagoon and hiring kayaks (not expensive) this is worth every penny. Particularly impressed as a solo traveller that they remembered my name and looked out for me, making sure I was having a good time.

Beware. The listing says pick up in Palawan but not where. I was staying in Puerta Princessa and gave them my hotel info for pick up. They didn't message me until the DAY BEFORE to say they didn't do pick up to my location and obviously I couldn't find a way there last minute. No offer/way to cancel for refund at that point either. I should have realized that my location would be too far for pick up, but I've been on other tours in Philippines that had long drives for pick up so when I didn't hear anything from them about the distance of my location I assumed it was OK until they messaged me the day before. Since they waited until the day before, I also couldn't plan an alternative and wasted a day of my trip.

In this tour is one the best highlight - Papaya island (a.k.a coconut island) which the toue guides mentioned owned by funny lion resort. one of the most breataking beach in the world. The sand is soooo fine and beach just so clean well preserve which you can just sun bathe. It so peaceful which we had time to nap with the waves and all surrounding is soreal.

Did tour A, it was okay, very crowded and nothing really special. The lagoon was really cool, the other locations were rather boring :/ the stated costs are far from correct, easily add another 50%. Kayak and snorkeling equipment are not included, if you don't want to spend another 400 pesos you can stay on the boat, swimming is also forbidden ;) But the people on the boat are very polite and in a good mood, there is no criticism there.

We took a private customized tour a and c for 2 days with Hopspot tours. They are beyond expectation! They are one step ahead most especially RAM Dulay who was with us on both days anticipating our wants and needs and taking fabulous photos! The owner Dave is also awesome providing us all our needs. Truly a very reliable company to book!

The crew was great but started late waiting for the coast guard clearance. The stops were enough time to enjoy the location. The tour guide was very helpful and really helped the other passangers who were not strong swimmers. I was travelling by myself and had a great tine

Each tour in El Nido costs 1200 pesos, plus 150 pesos for beach shoes, 200 pesos for the environmental fee and another 150 pesos for goggles and snorkel. Mass event!!!
Worthwhile and highly recommend the tour.

There was a miscommunication with the meeting location, but it was resolved with the help from another vendor. The boat crew was the best!!! They were attentive to everyone’s needs. The tour was fun and memorable.

Kayak and snorkeling equipment are not included, if you don't want to spend another 400 pesos you can stay on the boat, swimming is also forbidden ;) But the people on the boat are very polite and in a good mood, there is no criticism there.
