We were lucky to have a gorgeous end of summer day - perfect for a bike tour. The staff was very helpful in making sure we were comfortable with the bikes and gave great directions and recommendations! We rode from the cruise ship into town - 5 miles, and felt very safe in the bike lane. We went past town on a multi use wide paved trail to the Fortress of the Bears. It was an easy ride and so much to see! Came back the same way stopping in town for lunch then back to the ship. Had some head winds but no issues with the bikes- probably our favorite day!!

Located right up the ramp from the port from the dock. Easy and informative video you watch. Roads are bike friendly minus a few but you’re not on them long in downtown. They provide you with a map and phone number you can call if you have any issues. We literally biked from the dock to the end of the road in Sitka and back and did not run out of battery. There are so many perfect spots for pictures and areas to explore. This is the way to explore Sitka. We even hung out downtown for a good chunk of the day and that was not riding. Amazing experience! Safe experience! Suggestion’s: having a phone holder on the bike for directions would have been nice.

Easy and convenient pick up right at the port which is really great! Very thorough instructions and had a phone number that we actually used and got an immediate answer to our question.

Rental was easy and right off the ship. A brief tutorial made me completely comfortable with the bike. Neither of us had ever ridden one before. Five-foot shoulder on the main road leaves plenty of room to ride without worrying about traffic. We biked 20 miles - to Whale Park and back, stopping along the way to walk at places (overlooks, beaches, Lincoln St., Sitka National Park, a brewery). This was our favorite day in Alaska!

Such a fun thing to do. Rent e bik a for the day. Got of the ship and the rental place was right at the port. Was a little nervous at first never had ridden an e-bike but quickly learned and easy to use. Able to make It to the Fortress Of the Bears, the National Park to see the Totem Poles and downtown to see many historical sites and have lunch. Highly recommend the experience

The darling young couple that owned the business were very helpful and gave us great insight on Sitka. The bikes were great. The helmets were perfect and exploring Sitka on E bikes definitely the way to go. We would do it again in a heartbeat. And highly recommend using them to rent your E Bikes.

Was the best choice the whole trip. Getting to see Sitka this way was convenient, enjoyable and peaceful. Being able to get away from the craziness made our time in Sitka one of the best parts of our trip. Staff were great and helpful and couldn’t have made our experience easier. Would highly recommend this experience.

We picked up our bikes at the port, they gave us instructions on how to use the bikes and a map of the town and what to watch for while riding through town. We did the straight trek out to Fortress of the bear, awesome views and lots to see. Came back to town and walked around a little and than returned the bikes back at port. Gave 4 stars because having an option to drop off in town would have been great as riding around town once it was full of people and cars was very hard. We would have dropped off the bikes and took the shuttle back. NOTE: If you get these bikes you do not need a shuttle pass as the shuttle picks up and drops off at the port. We did not know this and booked the shuttle and never used it. Also the traffic to and from the port is a lot, but it is a lot of locals and they seem to know that people rent the bikes. We never had an issue riding in the bike lanes.
