Become your own captain or allow someone else in your group to do the driving for you. Navigate through the largest private harbor on the West Coast with over 24 miles of things to do and see. Visit Balboa Island, Lido Island, Balboa Peninsula, and more. View bayfront estates as you cruise through the harbor Newport Harbor has some of the richest homes in the country (often with the same Duffy boat you will ride in tied to their dock). Many celebrities can be seen from time to time and such icons as Shirley Temple and John Wayne had homes on the harbor. Take in stunning coastal views and stay on the lookout for sea lions. Bring your own food and drinks onboard or hop on and off at local restaurants with docking capability right on the water.

5.00We had a great family outing. The service was excellent as the entire staff was very helpful in getting g us situated and comfortable for the ride. The boat was great as we had a family of 8. Great fun as you can bring on snacks and drinks on board. Definitely a great way to see Newport Harbor.

5.00I had friends visiting from out of state and wanted to show them a good time. The Duffy boat was the perfect outing! This being our first time, I was a bit leery but that quickly dissolved as soon as we got on the water and toured all around the harbor. We signed up for two hours and that was the right amount of time to get one full loop of the harbor. The boat only goes 5 mph but that was not a problem to sit back and relax and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend this outfit as it was substantially cheaper than another in the area.

5.00Upon booking, the vendor sent us clear instructions on meeting points and parking tips. The boat was clean and easy to operate. Although the boat could legally accommodate 12, in terms of convenience 10 would be max, and 8 would be comfortable. Our group of six booked a 2-hours session. That was ideal. However, the boat type varies slightly. The one we got was completely covered with a canopy. It did not have the "open deck" at the end of the boat. It is different from many pictures on the ad and review, but our group was perfectly fine with that. When I return, I will specify the type of boat I want.

5.00Great experience! Big Duffy with the added back seat in the sun. Great seat options for guests to enjoy. There’s a trash can on board and cup holders. Wide space for docking when you are new to duffys. Great location!! We would gladly go again. Great staff.

5.00The check in was seamless. Staff was very efficient and patient with answering our questions. The boat itself was clean and no issues, whatsoever. This was our first time renting and will definitely do it again next year.

5.00We had a fantastic day on the harbor. We liked seeing all the boats and houses on the shore. We took a picnic lunch to enjoy on our trip. We even saw a seal near our boat. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, giving us tips on where to go during our 2 hour adventure. The harbor is an important part of Newport Beach and this was the best way to experience it.
No communication lead to a terrible night

1.00I didn't even get to experience. I called multiple times and also left email. Couldn't find the place and put plans were ruined. I don't understand with knowing a customer has a reserved time that they har no communication. We drove all the way out to Newport only to just get in our car and go back home because they would not answer phone or email
