5.00The van driver is very on time and friendly. He picked me up at my hotel lobby. The staff in the Sanctuary are all nice. They help take a lot of photos for us. And the chief guide explained a lot of things about elephants. The bathrooms are very clean and also the lunch is tasty. I recommend this!

5.00We had a great experience, tour included feeding and bathing with the elephants. The lunch options were good. They even take nice pictures for you for free.

4.00Great tour. The elephants were docile, friendly, and super pleasant. The bugs were as expected - intense. Mostly flies and fruit flies. I did not eat the lunch offered because the flies were ALL OVER the food. I recommend allowing participants to place their order when booking the tour, making the plates, and wrapping them in plastic until it is time to eat. I plan to do the tour again when I visit in a few months with a friend.
